Lab Assistant portal is based on a real life problem faced by the university.The purpose is to develop a management system to automize all the tasks which is being done manually.Our proposed solution shall shorten the communication chain moreover saving time in this problematic and tedious task may allow the faculty to focus on more valuable task.

Project Objectives

Student must be able to login as assistant and can upload scanned pdf of transcript and timetable.

Assistant must be able to register labs without clashes

Assistant registering in labs can select reward ie payment or certificate

Adminstrator must be able to veiw auto suggestion of recommended and non recomended assistants based on thier performance in previous labs

Project Implementation Method

First of all the Asistant modules would be completed

then Instructor and at last adminstrator module

Benefits of the Project

Our proposed solution would reduce paper work and human labour.

All the manual tasks would be automated like verification of transcript and cross matching of timetable of assistant with university timetable.

there would be no need of Manual clash detection and assiging of labs 

More time for faculty to focus on othet valuable tasks.

Front end is desgined using javascript angular and node js

backend is implemented using firebase
