The course allocation system will facilitate departmental HOD for course allocation. Course allocation is hectic for any person. Currently, course allocation is being done manually which causes wastage of time and inaccuracy on the number of courses allocated to the faculty. Moreover, courses are not allocated to faculty according to their designation and preferred expertise. This app will remove all of these hurdles and it will be beneficial for the departmental HOD for course allocation. Courses will be allocated to faculty according to their designation and preferred expertise. It will decrease the burden of departmental HOD. Faculty will be able to send their preferred courses before the start of the next semester. Then, proposed system automatically allocates the courses. The HOD will be able to modify allocated courses. Allocating courses to the faculty according to their designation and preferred expertise is a hectic for any person. It is working to be done manually. So, there is a genuine need for a system that decreases the burden of the course allocator. Therefore, we have introduced the course allocation app which will facilitate departmental HOD for allocating the courses to faculty according to their designation and preferred expertise.

Project Objectives

The study aims to design and implement a KFUEIT Smart Course Allocation System for faculty. In achieving this aim, the following specific objectives were laid out as follows

Project Implementation Method

We are using Flutter (Google's Framework)  for our  frontend of phone and widows app. For backend we are using laravel for Api development. System's main working on desktop app which will be connected with server all data will be stored on the server. An Android app will be given to the faculty for faculties preferences.
