KeepInTrack will be the system based on IoT sensors. We will be using 5 sensors: Weight sensor, Fuel alert sensor, Temperature sensor, and Hit alert sensor, further GPS will also be used for tracking and route navigation. It will help the manager track the vehicle or an organization they want to monitor, track box weight, and get all information regarding their transportation of goods. In this system, the functionalities we are working on are such as Tracking and Monitoring of their vehicles. KeepInTrack will be the application that will notify the organization about their driver’s current location. The driver will be able to see the nearest pump or the shortest route throughout the destination. The application will alert the driver if it goes in the wrong direction, which incorporates concurrent powers concurrently. Global Positioning System (GPS) and Global system for mobile communications (GSM) and web-based management software are proposed. The website will register the driver and the vendor and will provide a dashboard to the manager about the progress of the active, stop, and inactive vehicles and maintenance. The web will also provide the pending and the overdue deliveries and the total expense graph for the past months. It will also help the organization and the driver to have communication via messages. The manager will also notify you of the vehicle status.
The IoT sensors will alert the manager about the weight and the hit (emergency alert). The fuel sensor will help the driver to refill his tank when required, and the temperature sensor for some stock needs to be kept at a specific temperature. The manager can also contact the vendor if he needs products.

The weight alert sensor helps the manager to track the static weight of the product and get notified if any changes in the box weight occur same as for the emergency alert, if any hit occurs with the driver’s vehicle in the active state the manager gets notified with the link of the location and if manager’s Wi-Fi will not be available text message will be sent on his number. The fuel sensor will help the driver to let him know about the fuel ratio of the vehicle and if it gets less he gets the notification and the location of the nearby petrol station.
The app will let the manager track all his drivers and notify them. It will let the driver track himself, the destination, and the petrol station near him. The driver and manager can communicate with each other via text message or call.
The application allows language accessibility, in English and Urdu.
The web application will be the main dashboard for the manager to monitor the vehicles, the graph of costs related data, chatting, vehicle status, and orders status. The manager will have the authority to register the driver.
The manager and driver can have real-time communication through the KeepInTrack message feature or call.

All the sensors will be implemented and will work with the help of the WI-FI module.
