This project is on the smart control panel for controlling the three phase induction motor . Three-phase Induction motor is one of the most common types of electrical machines with vast amount of applications in the entire power system all over the world due to its various advantages such as low starting power, lower maintenance cost etc.
The variable frequency drive controls the speed of the machine to maintain its constant speed characteristics, reduce power line disturbances, demands lower power on start, help in controlling operating speed, acceleration and adjust torque. Control element used here is speed control with IOT based remote data acquisition technique for automatic as well as a manual control using a GUI.
The potential socioeconomic of the Internet of Things (loT) in the Industrials space is estimated to be tremendous. These connected devices will bring about a huge increment in the general multifaceted nature of frameworks. While the pace of loT selection by Industrials is on the ascent, a ton of vulnerability stays with respect to the availability of associations and the effect of reception. This could be due to lack of vision from leadership, lack of resources, and also lack of capabilities required for successful adoption.

- AC is rectified to pulsating DC
- The pulsating DC voltage is regulated using filter.
- From Webpage Input Desired Frequency (20-60Hz)
- Controller receive signal of desired frequency and Generate PWM.
- Using this DC voltage converting back into AC but with variable Frequency.
- Measuring RPM.
- Sending Data to webpage.
- Monitoring using IoT.
