Project Objectives
The project we are going to make is going to be named by “JOB INDEED”. Now as its name tells about it self I would like to further elaborate our project by starting from the main objective of our project which is to connect employees and the organizations through one platform .Now let’s move towards the description of the project the project is going to work in such a manner that first the company and the organization finding for the employee have to register themselves on our plat form after this they have to go through certain fields and mention the domain area and the post like if the post is of a manager and a domain is finance so the company is looking for finance manager and they have to mention the time also for how much time do they want this add to be displayed after that time the add will automatically remove from the dashboard .Now on the other hand the candidate who is looking for the job first have to register himself after that he have to get log in to his account when the user gets login to the account he have to fill his cv on our provided form containing his educational background and his skills we will give an option of modification in his cv for the future perspective in order to update his skills and experience fields .Once the candidate have performed all these task he have to apply for the jobs in the firm related to his field .now the main work of our project begins from the thousands of applications of the candidates for the post in the firm our project will find out who are top n numbers(depends on the company demand) of candidates who’s skills matches the requirements of the firm this is going to be performed through AI algorithm.
Project Implementation Method
Design phase
The other alternative is the linked in but the difference between our project and linked in is used only for job adds where as on the other hand is capable of performing complete hiring process through AI system up till the selection of top n candidates and in the version 2.0 which will be launched in future we have planned to introduce interview system in it too.
Implementation phase
Basically we are planning to make mobile and web app and the language we will use is react and react native and are going to perform AI through java script
Testing phase
Our basic focus for testing phase will be on visiting different organizations and taking their reviews as an inspection process of our project and will work on them to make it better.
Evaluation phase
We are you going to evaluate the results of your project by first designing the test cases where we will define our testing approach for functional and nonfunctional testing of the project after completion of test cases we have to start working on the manual testing and the tool we will use for the project management is going to be Jira where we can assigned the UI bugs on the Jira board with the screen shots and clips after that we will start performing functional and non-functional testing through selenium on the PyCharm and the language we have selected to do it is python after completing these we will move towards the final stage where we will perform the load testing and stress testing and the tool we are going to use for it is going to be jmeter apache and the tool we will use for the recording of it is blaze meter the continuous testing platform.
Benefits of the Project
It will target both the user, organizations and applicant as it will help the organization to find an employee which can fit exactly as per their requirements and on the other hand it will make easy for the applicant to find the job easily while sitting in his home.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
The importance of the existence of this project can be clearly defined in pandemic period where lots of employees lost their jobs and cannot go out to find the job physically so the app will make it easy to find the job easily
