There is highly unlikely to change the time of operation of these machines according to the requirements and for the efficient working. The problem we are facing with these techniques is that if we have to make the amendments in the timing of the different process we have to re write the control program for the PLC which is difficult and time consuming task.We need software expert to write program for PLC. To resolve this issue we are designing a system this is easy to use. We will control out industry through android application.
By use of the proposed system it becomes easy to control any industry using android application. We can automatically turn OFF/ONN the any conveyor/motor of the industry by single tap.
It will increase performance of any industry by managing process timing.e.g, if there are 4 motors,we will manage timing of each motor through our android application.It is one of the best approach for the management in case of low staffs. The system helps us to make the control of any department of the industry easy by the means of the wireless network. For example we have 100 workers in our industry, if 10 workers are absent next day we can easily increase timing of different processes through android application. We don't need to program again and again, we can simply modify timing of processes by single tap.So the management becomes easy.
Project ObjectivesThe main objectives of the hardware are shown in the list below:
- To make smart industrial environment which enables the user to monitor and control industrial parameters on real time basis using mobile device.
- To deliver an uninterrupted output.
- To reduce the maintenance cost and to optimize critical monitoring system.
- To provide necessary data related to industry, to a maintenance officer located anywhere at any time.
- Automatic and scheduled operation
Our task can be accomplished in two ways.
- Mobile Application
- Manually.
- Mobile application uses WIFI network to control industry.If we want any amendments in timing, we can do it through application.
- In case we don’t have internet connection we can manually manage industrial processes by placing switches to ON/OFF motors. We will select one or 2 workers and their task is to ON/OFF motors.
