Pakistan is an agriculture country. Our agriculture is depends on irrigation system. There are many problem in our irrrigation system and most common is water theft problem. There are many illegal ways used by people to steal water. One of them is done by breaking the outlet. Due to this farmers lives at tail get less amount of water. Such things are responsible for disputes and disturbe the community peace.
So, we are trying to design a system which can help to reduce theft problem. This project is based on IoT. We are using software and hardware components in project. This project will provide web interaface for control room and maintain records using database.
Our aim is to develop a system which can help to provide more secure way to reduce water related problem.

The method being used in developing the system is the system Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Waterfall Model (SDLC) is a traditional methodology used to develop, maintain and replace or enhance information system. The main reason SDLC model is chosen because in SDLC it is possible to complete some activities in one phase in parallel with some activities of another phase. The life cycle can also be interactive that is phase are repeated as required until an acceptable system is found. It includes project identification and selection, project initiation, planning, analysis, design, implementation and maintenance.
Water is one of the most important sebstances on earth. Water is essential for the healthy growth of farm crops and farm stock and is used in the manufacture of many products.
This project will provide better way to monitor water system in irrigation system. This project will also help to save water and reduce water theft problem.

Our Project will go through 4 phases. Each phase demands its own expertise level and dependent on each other. We will use some sensors to perform this reading and make the reading of measurement automatic. We are applying the concept of IoT in order to see the data remotely.
