Project Area of Specialization Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProject SummaryThis project presents a real-time IoT based environmental monitoring system for detection of temperature, pollen, humidity, noise, Ultraviolet (UV) radiation and particulate matter of surrounding environment.
The captured data is sent through Wi-Fi module by using controller to the cloud where both real-time data and its graphical analysis can be viewed.
Android application will be developed to take data from cloud for the end-user to monitor the environment of the specific area where the hardware is deployed using a smartphone.
This system can also be used to send notifications to user about the current condition.
The proposed system is a key step in understanding the IoT applications development and implementation.
To design an IoT based Environment analyzer to monitor the Environment parameters i.e. pollen, temperature, humidity, noise, dust particles, UV radiation, carbon monoxide and Particulate matter of specific point of some location.
To transfer all real-time data from the hardware device to Controller for the purpose of controlling and managing all data for user accessibility.
In this project we will design a device which contains all the sensors to measure different parameter.
We will mount these devices at random locations according to the range of the device.
We will get the complete data of atmosphere at specific point of some location from this device.
We will manage and control this data through controller.
After some calculations and different steps of coding we will provide all this information to the users through interface like android application.
IoT has emerged as an area of great interest for both investors and tech giants.
The proposed IoT project has more importance in detecting environmental parameters.
This proposed project is especially for human assistance purposes for taking precautions for his health according to the environment.
It can also be used in industries i.e. textile, food processing, etc.
The expected project outcome is to design a prototype and implement environmental analysis method that will detect the environmental parameters in a more effective way.
