IOT Aided Water Supply System
The project pertains to development of an IoT aided system for Water Supply Systems that can aid in a number of areas. Examples are meter based billing and identification of leakages. The project will involve the development of a working model of an IoT device interfaced with a water distribution network. The device will be able to take flow measurements and wirelessly transmit the data to a base station. Various types of analytics will be performed at the base station. The project will ultimately be used to improve the quality and services of municipal corporations, as well as save the environment.

The project will be implemented in two phases. In the first phase, a number of physical IoT devices with requisite features will be fabricated and configured. For this, hardware knowledge and programming in arduino will be required. In the second phase, flow analysis using graph analytics will be performed at the base station and making use of Cloud platform. For this purpose, any high level programming language can be utilized.

we ae going to develope a smart meter which will get the readings of different things like flow of water, pressure of water, amount of water loss, purity of water, leakage of water if any. and etc
After geting the reading from automated meter we will apply different data analytics techniques on it and make it automated using different techniques. We will store the data in the cloud station and make the system of automated billing , report the water usage , report the quality and quantity of water.
