To keep the log of head of departments visit to branches there was a need of an application where the date of visit can be saved, the statistics related to visits and customer demand can be viewed, the complaint against the branch can be reviewed, the maintainability about any branch or staff and the observables there, so it gets done by time .
 

Project Objectives

To overcome this issue, we came up with an automated tool. This project (Surprise visit) is a mobile application which is accessible to Android users as well as iOS users. The surprise visit application caters the need to evaluate the branch operation by Head of Department of Information Technology where the head can login with their credentials with one time password generation input from user (questionnaire) based on KPIs, some risks are also involved in this process e.g., verification problem, filled data leakage hence for successful verification, the user must Login through its own device to confirm the login conditions and for this purpose IMEI verification will be used.
 

Project Implementation Method

In this application the dashboard shows a graph which filters Region area wise branch and progress, second graph will filter the monthly yearly date wise report. In this system, suggestions to the nearest located branch can be visited, scheduling of redzone located branches, suggestion of citing a location through social media analysis and the complaint against the branch can be reviewed. The maintainability and activity regarding any branch or staff and the observables there will be done from time to time by filling in the questionnaire regarding parameters to be observed at that time.

A questionnaire will be helpful to evaluate the branch’s performance. Can suggest branches to heads accessing their locations. Reminder for the heads to visit branch if they have not visited in a week. Suggestion based on last visit's performance .

Benefits of the Project

The business problem that exists in Bank Meezan is manually updating the visiting data
and manually managing the visiting history related to each visit which is not even fruitful for the next visit. To make sure that the visit is done by the Head and the records are updated. Shifting a manual system to an automated system to avoid misplacement of records. Commercially the application would be great to increase the performance evaluation from the Head of department's point of view. The environment in which the system will be used is mobile application iOS/Android.
