Project Summary

Traditional recruitment consume the lots of human efforts and cost of organization. The e recruitment process introduce to consume these type of issues but it does not contain all the features at a time this system have the ability to check the candidate educationally, personality and their mentality wise which helps the HR department to make the right decision without consuming so much time and human efforts with the help of modern technology

This system basically have the three phases for the recruitment process in first phase user must register his/her self for entering in the system after that some questionaries’ generate for them according to that particular job they going to apply after answering them and also conduct an automated interview of candidate then applicant is allow to upload a resume.so  this system makes the recruitment process transparent, efficient and accurate which increase the employment level and the success rate of any organization to achieve the goal with the talented and efficient team within the time  and efficiently.sources the candidates with the abilities and attitude, which are required for achieving the objectives of an organization. Recruitment process is a process of identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate.

Project Objectives

  • The objective of this intelligent system to make recruitment process easy and efficient
  • It helps the candidate to connect or can apply through the intelligent system through the technology and digitalization
  • It helps the HR department to refine, select the suitable candidates without consuming time with the physical presence or with the paper documentation it also cost saving system.

Project Implementation Method

Home page

  • Header (logo, home, about us, process demo, sign up, login)
  • Content (slider, articles about recruitment, job sections, upcoming jobs, running posts/jobs)
  • Footer (home, about us, contact us, feedback, links for FB, LinkedIn icons)
  • The user will click on specific job (it redirect the page of sign up or log in)

If user is registered then it login otherwise it sign up

After enter in the system the user must the enters in the process which is organize the form of steps:

The first step is to enter the details of users:

  • Name, email, phone number, address, education, experience, hobbies, related skills, (or questions will be added as per need)

After entering the details the user proceed to the next step which will be:

  • Knowledge base question (which will based on the close ended)
  • After passing the test the user will move toward the next step

The next step of process will be automated interview

  • For the automated interview the user must have three things the web came, good internet connection, or the mic.
  • The system will ask the questions from the user.
  • Every question have some specific time.
  • The admin will set some criteria on the basis of user will judge by their personalities
  • After conducting interview the system takes some time and will generate the graphs which have the result of whole process (it may be contain individual graphs the test result graph and the personality judgement graph)

Benefits of the Project

Recruitment automation software has grown massively in 2017, with this trend expected to expand even more in 2018. The way in which recruiters and HR managers source talent is changing and traditional methods have become a thing of the past. The simple fact is if you’re not up to scratch in your tech, then there’s a good chance you’ll end up falling behind the rest who are. Many of today’s workers fear that their jobs will be taken by a robot. And in some industries, this will certainly be the case. Today, companies are looking for new and innovative ways to reduce their labor costs and technology seems to have all the answers.

The system works in two steps the whole process done by the system first the user enter and register his/her self very first time one user can get register only once for the particular job after registration the knowledge base test will generate which is created by the HR team every question have some time limit in that particular time candidate have to answer that questions after succeeding in knowledge base test the user is forwarded to the automated interview which is conducted by the intelligent system .

The set of questions is set in the system and randomly machine ask the questions to the candidate and every questions have some time limit again and after conducting interview machine will judge the gestures  analyze the personality of that particular applicant.in the end of the process candidate is receive a confirmation date of meeting or orientation. This system will generated for the admin panel according to the cv rate personality rate and his knowledge rate the system generate the graph. Which help the HR team in the selection process.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

..the recruitment system based on the three steps basically:

the candidte enters in the system and register his/her self.

get the job post and apply for that specific job.

the recruitment process started  by the first phase which basic and detailed information.

after filling up the basic information the candidate should pass some knowledge base test.

after both phases now candidte proceed to automated interview where the camera catch the feature and if the candidate pass the whole process and get the marks upto 50%.

the candidate will have option to upload the resume and system generate the interview date.

the process successfully finished!
