This system basically have the three phases for the recruitment process in first phase user must register his/her self for entering in the system after that some questionaries’ generate for them according to that particular job they going to apply after answering them and also conduct an automated interview of candidate then applicant is allow to upload a resume.so this system makes the recruitment process transparent, efficient and accurate which increase the employment level and the success rate of any organization to achieve the goal with the talented and efficient team within the time and efficiently.sources the candidates with the abilities and attitude, which are required for achieving the objectives of an organization. Recruitment process is a process of identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate.

The system works in two steps the whole process done by the system first the user enter and register his/her self very first time one user can get register only once for the particular job after registration the knowledge base test will generate which is created by the HR team every question have some time limit in that particular time candidate have to answer that questions after succeeding in knowledge base test the user is forwarded to the automated interview which is conducted by the intelligent system .
The set of questions is set in the system and randomly machine ask the questions to the candidate and every questions have some time limit again and after conducting interview machine will judge the gestures analyze the personality of that particular applicant.in the end of the process candidate is receive a confirmation date of meeting or orientation. This system will generated for the admin panel according to the cv rate personality rate and his knowledge rate the system generate the graph. Which help the HR team in the selection process.

the candidate will have option to upload the resume and system generate the interview date.
