Project Summary

We are developing a system which will provide efficient solutions for Real Estate issues. The system is divided into four major modules buying, selling, renting and construction. In buying, the user can provide us with the requirements for the estates they desire and our system give a range of the estimated price for such sort of estate, the buyer can view the estates which are on sale with respect to those requirements. The system will also recommend a few estates based on the sale price and location. In selling, we are providing a platform, where the sellers can get to know the market value estimation of their estates as well as put their estates on sale, while the buyers can contact the sellers through our platform. In the renting module the estate owners can get the estimated price on which they should be renting their estate and they can also make their estate available for renting. The renters on the other hand can get an estimated price of an estate with respect to their requirements. They can also view the recommended estates available for renting with respect to their requirements. In the construction module, the builders can register with our platform and they can advertise their portfolio. The users of our platform who are looking for their homes to be built can view the portfolio of these builders and can contact them. They will be also be shown recommended builders, so that they can contact these builders and avail their services.

Project Objectives

Our system will be useful for customers with very few or no prior knowledge of estates to buy, sell or rent estates. It will give estimated price, recommendations and it will provide a platform to users to buy/sell and rent their property. Owner will have a specific percentage of profit. System will reduce the financial and time loss of users, so the user have to use our system.

Benefits of the Project

Cost estimation is a big problem for a customer with very few or no prior knowledge of estates, who wants to buy, sell, rent the estate or have their buildings constructed. The estate agents require high commissions for their services which a person with an average pay scale can hardly afford. A platform that can eliminate their services as well as meet user needs can be very handy. Our platform also eliminates the headache of finding the builders at cheaper rates for their houses to be constructed.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Buying
System will provide a platform through which the users can get an estimated price range for an estate with their requirements e.g. area of estate, location, rooms, washrooms etc. The users will also be shown the list of estates that match their requirements and are available for sale. Additionally, the system will recommend which estates are better based on the price and location of the estate.
Selling
System will provide a platform through which the sellers can sell their estates. The seller will provide us with the details of their estate and then we will recommend him the estimated price range within which he could sell his estate. The seller can also make his estate available for sale. Buyers will be able to contact the sellers which have made their estate available for sale.
Renting
System will provide a platform through which the users can rent their homes/buildings/ apartments etc. The estate owners can provide our system with their estate’s specifications and the system will then estimate the price range within which the estate owner should be renting his place. The estate owner will then have the choice to make his estate available for rent on our platform. The renters can visit our platform and find out how much an estate with similar specifications to their needs can cost them if they want to rent it. The system will also recommend a list of the estates, made available for rent by the owners and the users who intend to rent a place can contact the estate owners through our platform.

Construction
System will provide a platform through which the builders can advertise their services and portfolio. The users looking for their buildings and homes to be built, will be recommended the builders based on the area of service of the builder as well as the tracked data of user activity on that builder’s portfolio. The users can then acquire the builder information through our platform and contact them to avail their service.
