This project aims to analyse the quality of air in the state of Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The data will be analysed and mined to find out necessary measures to be taken to improve the quality of air.
Our main objective is to help the state's Environment Protection Agency in analysing the quality of air right according to the WHO's standards and to suggest necessary measures to improvise the quality of air.
The data from the sources like EPA and other non goveronment organisations working for betterment of environement will be gathered, analysed and mined to find out the patterns and trends of different air pollutants in different regions of the state. This will help different organisations in their task of providing better environment to the state. Different mining techniques will be used to find out these patterns and to predict the future changes in environment.
The Environment Protection Agency and other organisations working on the environment still have no centralized system and the common masses don't have access to the Mass Information about their work and research. Moreover, their current system is not good enough to predict the future changes and or changes over a specific period of time. It will be possible through this project and the our system will help them acheive this objective.
Our final deliverable will be a system capable of analysing and mining the huge amount of data collected for the air quality analysis.
This system will also be intelligent enough to display graphically the trends of every pollutant over the period of time, the reason for the pollution and the preventive measures to be taken against the pollutants.
