Industrial Automation using PLC (Programable Logic Controller )
Project is basically based on PLC based Industrial Automation.It involves four main parameters of Industry i.e Temperature, Presure,Level and Position(Proximity).These parameters are covered by Automation of Boiler and Bottle Filling System.. The Former covers Temperature and presure of Industry and later covers Level and position.
2. STAGE 2:
This stage basically involves the bottle filling system.
After the completion of the interfacing, a trial run is done so as to be ensured that all the components including both software and hardware, are working satisfactorily.
This stage basically involves the Boiler.
This stage basically involves the interfacing of all the hardware components with each other as well as with the PLC.
It can also be used in to the Following industries
Level sensors detect the level of water in the overhead Tank and automate the water Pump.
Proximity Sensors detects the bottle on the conveyor belt , when it is in front of solenoid walve it will be filled.
They also control Conveyor Motor
2. Boiler Automation
Both Temperature and Presure Sensors detect temperature and presure in the Boiler and Automate Ignition Process.
