Implementation of one kva free energy electromagnetic generator using bedini and motor generator
Project Area of Specialization Shared EconomyProject SummaryWith the passage of time, the issues related to the electrical power industry are increasing. For the economic growth of any country, the balance between power generation and consumption is one of the top-most priorities. Especially, in third world countries such as Pakistan, electricity plays a notorious role in the economy drop down. Through this project, current energy-crisis can be tackled with great ef?ciency with a cost-effective solution. Non-renewable energy resources such as fossil fuel, petrol, etc., are the crucial source of electricity generation in Pakistan which are diminishing day-by-day due to extensive usage. High electricity tariff and the poor quality of electricity is the paramount cause of energy problems. This motivates us to work on the idea of Bedini motor as well as Motor generator set models to tackle energy generation crisis. We use neodymium magnets that are easily available and analyze the combined effect of Bedini’s and Robert Edam motor generator for electricity generation. Our project is a revolutionary technology for power generation using the magnetic motor and bi?lar coils; through the motor, we generate electricity while half of its output is feedback to maintain the speed of the motor. It's a self-perpetual system, whereas, the generated electricity is monitor and control through the control box. At this moment, we have designed 1KW magnetic Motor as a prototype but it can be effectively employed for the electricity generation at a larger scale due to its high-efficiency and greater life span as compared to conventional generations.
Project ObjectivesSome of the priority objectives are stated below;
a. Cost-effective solution for electrical energy generation.
b. Enhance power system stability.
c. Minimize harmonic losses.
d. Pollution-free and reliable electricity generation
e. User-friendly and low weight design to increase end-user comfort.
f. Minimization Electricity Bills.
This project mainly consists of a motor, generator and a control box. The motor is used to run a generator while the control box is employed to control the operation of an electromagnetic generator. The stator of the generator is comprised of bifilar coils whereas rotor consists of neodymium magnets (grade N52). The constructional feature that permits generation of electrical energy is magnets, the precise angular alignment of coils, regulation switching to suppress back electromagnetic forces (EMF), and effective collection of accumulated energy inside coils of electromagnets. Initially, a battery or some other source must be provided to the motor to attain the required rotor's speed in RPM. Once, it attains the needed RPM then the battery should be disconnected and electromagnetic generator works in an autonomous mode and so the output can be easily consumed to run the load.
Benefits of the ProjectPakistan is ranked in 43-44 numbers among countries of the world in nominal GDP (Gross Domestic Production), 26th in GDP with purchasing power parity while 55th in the world for factory outputs. The major portion of these industries is run with electricity, thus our project could be considered as a revolutionary technology in Pakistan that can boost the power economy by tackling severe gaps in power supply and demand. For the equilibrium between these factors our proposed generator prototype plays a vital role by supplying 24/7 electricity to the power sectors (residential, commercial and industrial). Moreover, our generator has sufficient capacity to run the large machine but up to its power rating limits. It can effectively reduce billing cost and provides interruptible power. One of the most important benefits is its life span, as it is portable and long-lasting product due to the unique features that only 1% of magnets demagnetize after 15-20 years. This product is also ideal in perspective of its compact size. As this project is consuming little input power and generating a large amount of output power so it is beyond imaginations. Last but not least, this project is extremely economical as no specific fuel is required for its operation such as gas, petroleum, etc., and maintenance cost is almost negligible as well.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableBy following the basic concepts of attraction and repulsion force, centrifugal force and Newton’s first law of inertia, we propose an economical electricity generator by keeping a great emphasis on the end-user comfort factor. The idea behind the design of the rotor model is based on the interaction of permanent magnets (N52) pivoted on the circular axis of the rotor with the bifilar coil that is mounted on the stator. Such that when these magnets approach the coil, the radiant energy is captured in the form of the dipole that collapses the inductive spikes by switching process in the coils. Initially, the concept of radiant energy storage and utilization for the generation of electricity is created on the distinctive research of Nikola Tesla and Bedini Simplest School Girl (SSG). Also, for the test of our SSG circuit, we will perform Sweet spot and 1K ohm resistance Test. In our project, our coils get magnetized when the voltage passes through the coil and welding electrodes that help to change in the state the properties temporary magnets are also applied. In the control box, we will monitor the power stability, internal heat losses, speed of the rotor, and power rating. In the final form, we will deliver Electromagnetic generator is specialized for generating 1kWh power with the silent features such as portable, user-friendly, cost-effective, efficient and pollution free electrical energy generator having a life span of approximately 15-20 years.
