to the employees based on their day to day administrative activities. The aim is to monitor the employee
activities and providing them with benefits according to some key point indicators.
The top three employees having the most no. of points will be given incentives i.e. both financial and
nonfinancial. This will definitely boost the morale of employees and they will be more engaged,
concentrated and participating. Incentives will be provided on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, which
will include appreciation certificates, free meals, discount vouchers, social media appreciation (LinkedIn),
free trips and also breakfast/lunch with leadership. The system does not intend to disrespect or degrade any
employee whose performance could not be up to the mark due to various reasons such as medical illness,
no harm would be caused to him/her and his salary, and designation will not be affected due to these
unpleasant circumstances. The prime goal is to motivate employees to perform better not to disrespect for
not able to perform as expected.
Developing a web application which will implement a gamification supervised algorithm using
Machine learning to assign some points to the employees based on their performance and activity. It is
basically made for the engagement of employees so that they are motivated to give high performance so that
they can get incentives that will include certificates of appreciation, vouchers, and other financial or non-
financial incentives.
We were provided the complete data set from the company. We organized the data set first. All those columns which were not related and useful for the project were removed. Only those columns which were necessary were kept. After that, we moved to data cleaning. All the missing data values were filled and further things which were not necessary were removed. Then comes data visualization by which useful insights will be drawn from the data by making use of graphs, boxplots and histograms which depict the clear picture about what the data wants to communicate. On the basis of visualization, scores will be assigned to every employee and the top 3 best employees will be given various incentives on monthly and yearly basis. After complete data analysis, we will switch towards our model training. The model will be trained via machine learning algorithms on the basis of data visualization results and after training, the system will be able to provide accurate results. Once the model is trained efficiently, the front-end and back-end of the employee management website will be developed. Database will be developed in order to store all the information.

This project can motivate employees to work harder as they can benefit from incentives they might
gain through gamifications. Moreover, employers can easily assess productivity of their employees,
helping them to make necessary decisions in accordance to their workforce.
1st month: SRS
The document depicts the scope of the work to be carried out throughout the life cycle of the project, the parameters on which the employees' performance would be measured and the implementation method of the project.
9th month: Project integration
All the models of the project will be integrated together to yield ths complete project. The models include back-end, front-end and ML based model.
10th month: Testing
The complete integrated project will be tested through test cases in order to ensure the correct functionality of the project. A detailed final report will be documented containing the entire scope of the project.
