People will be able to view the 3D actual look of their imaginary design at the live place which will help event planners as well to get their opinions at the spot.
2- Interior Designing
It will help in good selection of furniture design by looking at the way it will look if placed at any specific corner.
3- Move real world things
It will allow people to have a 3D image of real world things saved and then place it anywhere else. For instance, if they want to see how that thing will look if the position is changed.
• EDUCATION
It will allow to scan images in book and on scanning it will provide a 3D image of objects on the
same screen, that 3D view will make it easy for teachers to clear the concept for students.
• LOCATION
People will scan the building or any place, it will place a 3D location tag with that building by accessing its GPS location.
The main objective of this project is to make use of augmented reality in assisting people.
The designing module will help people to virtually see how everything will look without actually putting it there and end up wasting both money and man-power.
The education module will help both teachers and students in explaining things in a better way and grasping the concept more clearly, respectively.
The location module will help people know what the place, building, location etc. is called.
Project will be implemented using softwares like unity and rider which are being used for building augmented reality applications.
This project will benefit its users in three aspects. Designing, education and location finding.
In designing, the users can either drag virtual objects in their real space to see what looks better before buying it and can also use images of existing items and drag the 3D images to see where they look better before using man-power and moving things elsewhere. It will help in interior and exterior designing as well as in event planning.
In education, the teachers can explain better by showing 3D images of complex diagrams to the students and students can then understand better.
In location, the user can find which building, place or location it is.
Final deliverable will be a mobile application compatible with android. Any android device with a camera and Wifi connection will be able to use this application. To see a better outcome of this application, organizations and buisnesses can also use augmented reality projectors such as "Lightform Projector" to see a life size AR-based outcome in their real space.
