Project Area of Specialization Software EngineeringProject Summary 3.Background:-

1. The purposed system is integration of 4 system’s features previously students had to check everything on the notice board like time table ,job scholarships/study scholarships vanues, events alerts internship program vaccancies, or had to search seperately related links like searching sindh university page for view timetable or other scholarships websites .

2.Through this system students will be able to keep in touch with their  departments academic or extra notices information alerts special annoucements/ notices  and internships venue programs through just a single searching website page students can easily log in register and  get notified by latest iict academic purpose activies from their home without any trouble to come or taking noticeboard in action and wait for the turn.

Also the systems offers students all  IICT four departments coarses materials included with their relevant fieild realated topics web links and youtube links added  where all students and there related coarses  those subjects material will be available through mentioned link so students can easily find the required  information.

3. The system also has the feature that if some student/teachers something has lost  anywhere else the premises of department can easily sumbit complain or contact through admin or comment in the comment section so that  the lost item would found fast.

4.The purposed project is developed using PHP and CSS,JAVASCRIPT,BOOTSTRAP. Talking about the project, it contains all required features for the system. Before entering the system, a user has to pass through a login system. Then he/she can view the academic information with all pieces of information. This project has no login system for the admin panel, which can be accessed from the user’s dashboard.. From a single login, users can view academic information and control admin panel. The username and password can be created by the users from the system

5 Admin has full control of the system, he/she can insert update,add, information , and remove information. While inserting new student’s  the user has to provide ID number, Name of student,  and Department name.. A simple dashboard is provided in admin panel for the easy management of the system. Various images are used for the designing part of the system .

Project Objectives

Aims and Objectives Of Study:-The world is changing into a global village and the quest for knowledge and information is increasing. The computing is fast dominating all the aspects of life and many academic institution activities. There is a need for an easy way for planning and scheduling the university examination time table. To achieve this purpose, the following objectives must be put into consideration:

Reliable method of communication of student to director(admin)

Fast processing of complaints of students

The status of acknoweledgement can be determined.

Reducing clashes in time and venues for exams timetable
To develop a system that will capture the actual data and response
Develop a system that will create room for students and staff
Developing a system that will create room easy amendment where students gets updated and notified of all new announcements,notices,new timtables,holidays,etc
Developing a systems that can automate notifications to student to rememberising them about their upcoming academic activities and occasions.

System allow student/staff members to submiting their  leave application.through this system.

Project Implementation Method

Design and implementation of system is a web base application that will solve the problem facing student in the university environment. The basic problems facing complaint monitoring are:

i. Lack of fitting security and upkeep of the complaint record in the system that make avenue for disappointment and control of information.

ii. Lack of legitimate precise, concise data about the student implicit rules and character.

iii. Poor performance of the manual system may lead into the missing or exploitative of the complaint by the staff or any member of the management,

This is a circumstance where there is no avenue made for survey of the complaint. This obstructs satisfactory upkeep of the system.

iv. There is no system or database set up to screen transfer of complaint submitted on paper or as verbal representation

The part of the system analysis and design stage concentrated around the configuration of design method utilized. Hence, we'll consider the different outline routines developed. A configuration is the first speculation into the development phase for any product or system designed. A decent outline or steps is intending to promote the system. 1.The purposed system is a revolutionary system that domain is to  faciliate students to get easily updated from their institute  relevant notifications/announcements ,jobs/scholerships,events/occasions, alerts and could easily check their subjects coarses materials with yotube and web links

2. students can submit their complain/query regarding any facing any issue like changing there class teacher etc  through webhosting service and director or admin can easily access their query and response.

3.if in case students could lost item or found some items in the premises of departments like laptop mobile etc he/she can leave there message to admin of this system or in comment section so that if anyone find it can easily  contact to that student.

4.the one of the main feature is student or staff members can easily submit their leave application through process of just singing in and making an account  on online system.

5.students can get notified daily announcements updates  if in case some departments class getting continue on some holidays days some not.

6.providing facility to students to get all information with respect to their departments /or extra coarses internships on a single website .

7.the chart of Details of teachers/staff members and their related subjects will be given .

8.noticeboard’s all manually work get emerged into automatic with the help of this system.

9.students/staff/desk officers time consumption reduces because of automation of tasks throgh web service.

10. this website will be able to submiit students query complain and they get response  in a short time.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The purposed system provide students that plateform where they can notified from all latest notifications /announcements / short coarses programs inside or outside of institute and easily complain in case of any query also could view their academic coarses related material links that is available on internet or submit leave application all it will reduce time consumption

the use case diagram of this system covers 3 participents

he student actor enters his details in order to register in the SCMS, the student details are then validated by the administrator from the student database to check whether he is a valid student or not. If he is a valid student an acceptance notice is sent to the student by email so he can continue to register. Following this, the student submits his filled registration form order to create a new user in the system. A registration success notice is sent back to the student and afterwards, the student logins with his (user-id and password) into the home page. From there the student can fill the complaint form, the issued complaints are then forwarded by the “complaint employee” to the concerned department. When the complaint is solved the employee updates the complaint status from a pending complaint to a solved complaint and the whole process ends after that.
