We are applying MIDDLE WAY term of enginnering in our projects we find the way in which we cover the flaws of IGCT Engines Bikes and Electric Bike and made a new innovation for public that will also bring new wave in Rider's lives
AUTO HYKE is the combination of IGCT Engine and Electric Bike and doing AUTOMATIC SWITCHING. When our battery charging is low from some limit bike mode will automatically switch to engine mode

First, we have imported BLDC Hub motor with complete kit, then after that we have started working on stablizing our battery cells and we have designed battery pack. We have connected our battery cells in series to get ouput of 60 Volts and 20 Ampere hour as our single cell's rating is 3.7 volts and 20Ampere hour and we connected a battery management system that will protect battery cells from over voltage and over current .As the Hub motor was 1500 Watts and required 60V and 20Ah for it's operation.and we have used DC-DC converter to step down from 60 volts to 12Volts for other requirements(Head light, Indicators and self start motor supply) aftrewards we have designed successful power train and implemented in on bike and in the last we have designed a logical switch that ignites the engines as our battery percent falls to 20 %

our AUTO HYKE run on both petrol as well as electric source.In our Hybrid bike,we are using BLDC hub motor which is 85% efficient and better than induction motor whose efficency is 50% we can switch it's mode automatically as well as manually.As our battery percentage falls to 20 % ,microcontroller will generate and send a signal to self start kit that will ignite the combustion engine.we are using lithium ion cells as it is one of the best energy- weight ratio,low self discharge rate and slow loss of charge when not in use.the smart charging system will completely charge the batteries with in 2.5 to 3 hours.We are using Battery management system ,it will monitor the temperature across the batteries,open and closes various valves to maintain the temperature with in the narrow range to ensure optimal performance,it protects batteries from over voltage and over current.To ensure the safety of person we are also using circuit breaker that will cutt off the supply in any emergency situation.
