Project Summary

We are going to represent a neural technique that makes user to balance calories intake using Digital signal processing and Machine learning.We want to introduce a system which notify a person about calories intake on daily basis as 2000-2500 calories healthy person should take not more than this as a person exceeds value it result in notification of excess amount of calorie taken.System will work in away that we use MIcrophone device to record speech first as to identify between male and female by their pitch of voice as women speech sound  is shrill and men speech sound is grave after identifying it we collect data set of around 20-25 people by testing upon them different eatables like PEANUTS,APPLE,BUISCUIT etc: and record the sound efficiency and collect data set after that we train our device by adding sensors and other related stuff that whenever person chew something by sense of chewing motion it detects the food and calculate calories and give notification to quantity of calorie of that food is better.

Project Objectives

1. To reduce death rate cause by excess amount of calorie intake.

2.To help people maintain their daily eatable intake in technological way.

3.To help people live normal life without dieaseas.

4.To give awarenes to people how important is to maintain  calorie level that will be helpful in old age.

Project Implementation Method

                                    Our Project Method:

DATA  ACCQUISITION: 

it consist of eatable sounds the sounds will  be generated by any indivusuals  mouth then we will collect dataset using  audio device.  ex: Analog to digital converter

DATA FILTERING: 

 We will check data set in this page we will filter data by noisy channels and finally we will make chunks in standard length.

ex: Core i5,1TB

PRE PROCESSING:

In this step we will normalize the intensity of audio chunks and will remove noise and other ambiguity and finally enhance the quality of sound.

FEATURE EXTRACTION:

We will extract different audio feature in this stage that will be helpful for classification of that particular sound.

DATA LEVEL PLUS CLASSIFICATION:

We will classify data of eatables data on basis of  categories of eatables used for experiment.

FINAL CLASSIFICATION:

 In this stage of final classification will be done that will categorise eatable on basis of calorie level.

STATEMENT:  "these steps are only for classification of data but main focus is build a hardware based application using arduino and wearable sensors".

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

 "We want to introduce a system which notify a person about calories intake on daily basis as 2000-2500 calories healthy person should take. it is done by Digital signal processing through Machine learning.

The project consist of Hardware and software integrated system and sensors and can be updated to mobile application that can work as a application as one can use on daily basis.
