Generally, we don’t have online website for house construction that provides complete house solution, so we have decided to design an “Housing Plans & Service Provider” platform which enables a user to get complete solution to his house related (construction) or real estate problem, Moreover, the Gas, Electric, Water connection services are another issues which are needed by people will be solved using this website as it will provide online labor.

Project Objectives

Main objective of this project is Material Estimation and reduce Human effort this will also help in reducing cost. As we all know we don’t have any website that will show map according to the area user have for construction also this website will calculate the estimate quantity of accessories required in the construction. This website will Provide construction materials online user can buy it online. User can also sell and purchase their property using this website. Moreover, the Gas, Electric, Water connection services are another issues which are needed by people will be solved using this website as it will provide online labor.

Our project consist of 2 parts in FYP we will be usinig the MERN stack tramework which consists of MIGDB Express React and Nooes to develop a web appication For FYP we will be building a hybrid motile application for Android and IGS which will be developed using React Native.
