To introduce a website for frequent/infrequent tourists which will streamline the process of booking homes and residence at all the tourists spots through out Pakistan.

This project will provide alternate source of income for the local and middle-class citizens of the areas where there are not many opportunities for generating income and who barely earn enough to run their households.

This will also benefit tourists to live among the local people and experience the culture of the locality from a closer look.

Apart from that House Rentals will provide ease and convenience for tourists to book and view various houses and residences according to their need on a single platform.

Project Objectives

Main objective is to provide a platform for tourists to find a better and less expensive place to stay among the local citizens which will enable them to have a broader and more convenient perspective regarding the culture of that locality. And an alternate source of income for the locals of that region by giving their houses on rents.  

Project Implementation Method

This project will be a Commission Business Model i.e. House Rentals will charge fee on each transaction made by the client/user. The user will visit the website, search for the destination, or place he/she is going to visit. The website will show all the available houses along with the details like no of rooms, location, available utility facilities, contact number of the owner and the rent charges. The available rooms and houses are also divided into categories based on location, amenities, nearby places, space, and price i.e. low to high/high to low. User can choose a place to stay as they prefer and can also view pictures from the site chose a suitable house for the stay provided with all the basic needs and households.

Benefits of the Project

House Rentals is a platform with an interactive interface where all the details such as rooms, facilities, location, nearby places, and owner details are displayed. The user can search and chose an appropriate place to live according to his/her sustainability and preference; this site includes a filter feature that will allow user to streamline the searching process based on location, price, nearby places, and amenities provided. The details of these houses must be feed/update manually by the admin. House Rentals is a business opportunity and source of income for poor and needy people in such areas where people from cities visit for tour purpose only. And, for travel agencies/tour organizers/managers who are bound to provide only hotel services for tourists. House Rentals service will bridge the gap between travel/tour agencies and those needy citizens who are willing to rent their houses/rooms on temporary basis and will help such agencies to contact and communicate with the local citizens of that specific region, as their client/customers wish to find safe place for their families and personal belongings, with proper facilities and other household needs in low cost. Which will be less time consuming and will help them to visit every possible tour spot in their limited time-period.
