The House Finder is a web and mobile app based software solution which enhances the traditional housing rental system. Finding a suitable rental house has been of immense trouble for people over the past decade when people had to search for a vacant house, door to door. As the time passed people came up with software systems and apps with the solution for the door to door search. But there are still things to be improved, for example a small need if not fulfilled in the house, people may have to look for a new house. We are providing basic rental houses with enhanced search which includes public parkings, sweepers, housemaids, internet providers, cable providers, security guards etc.
Project Objectives
The main goal of this software solution is to facilitate people and provide a solution to their problems and needs. Renting a house can be havoc if the house is not selected with the proper services that tenant wants, so we are implementing a system to make the process of renting a house with services to overcome the difficulties that people suffer after shifting to the house.
Project Implementation Method
Our development methodology is AGILE which built on a value-driven approach of the iterative and incremental method. The project is carried out in a highly flexible and interactive manner relying heavily on intensive communication, frequent releases using the release-early-release-often principle supported by a flexible software development team. Our Team uses Project Management Tool like BASECAMP and Version control system like GIT.
Benefits of the Project

The main purpose of this project is to facilitate the tenants in a way that they can search a house with basic needs from his house. For example, a user will be able to search a house in westridge with a nearby public parking lot and a housemaid.

The user will have a foresight of the services or things that are near to the house and he won't have to ask neighbours or any other person to help them out searching for a service.

The service owner will register his service in an area and his customer rate will increase.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
The web version of this system is in laravel with SQL database. Our team works on the project remotely on GITHUB and often have meetings to discuss any important detail. The mobile app is being developed in flutter with dart language, with integrated api for routes and markers from GOOGLE.
