The advantage of using such robot is that it can be used for various purposes like it can be modified quite easily to automate the lights in the house according to the voice command.
So basically, the need or purpose due to which this robot is made or the need which made people think about a service robot is that it can be used in many applications which are used in our real life, just like when we are cooking and we have to search a recipe on the internet, by using this type of robot we don’t have to search it by our self. We can simply ask the robot about anything and it will answer logically. It can assist the human at any time. Motors:
We were limited to use the High Torque Motors as compared to Simple DC motors. These High Torque motors can carry more load as compared to simple DC motor.
Working time:
Working time is kept 10 hours if the Battery is Fully charged. If we move up to more work time, then we should have to buy expensive and high-quality battery.
Path Follow / Detection:
Path follow is very difficult task for robot as it may pass through many hurdles. we are using photos diodes for path detection which are light sensitive and there is strong lighting in restaurants then it may be difficult for robot to detect its path
