This is an online marketplace for people who are thinking to start their own startup business, who are
already running their startups and for students who want to hire mentors of this particular field to have a
proper guideline and a road map for success. Users will select their category and fill the basic
requirements according to their category. An analysis report will validate the requirements and after the
fulfilment of these accurate requirements, the notification will be sent to the mentor. The mentor will
confirm the meeting. If user and mentor are far away from each other they can connect through a video
call, message system and maybe through some other ways. It will help to improve productivity, brand
recognition. It will also help in making new partnerships and relationships. It will be ice breaking idea for
those who are not taking the start due to lake of information, improper guideline and poor strategies.
Project Objectives
The purpose of this document is to describe the behaviour of the Hiring Mentors project. This includes our
project’s vision, Software Requirements Specification and Unified Model Language Diagrams which will
help in the understanding and development of the project. The main purpose of this project is to connect
the mentees to the mentors. This system will recommend the best mentors to mentees according to their
own inclination and interests. It will also provide mentees with the opportunity to schedule the meetup and
approach mentor through different kind of mediums.
Project Implementation Method
The application will be developed on .NET MVC Core using python for machine learning algorithms. The main purpose of this project is to connect the mentees to the mentors. The scope is the main boundary from where we cannot go outside from this. The product provides the members about resources available and the product is up and running all day. This system will recommend the best mentors to mentees according to their own inclination and interests. It will also provide mentees with the opportunity to schedule the meetup and approach mentor through different kind of mediums.
Benefits of the Project
The Hiring Mentors (HM) will provide efficient and easy to use the system. Basically this system is much helpful for those who want to start their fieldwork or want some right direction for the future and it all will be provided to the users in a very efficient way. It will give a modern interface to book an appointment with the mentor of your choice. Mentors can earn through mentoring sessions by giving their relevant
services to the mentees.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
The software provide good graphical interface for the users Mentee, mentor can do respective tasks.
? It allows user to select a mentor and confirm the meet up for the session.
? All the modules provided with software must fit into this graphical user interface and accomplish
to the standard defined.
? The design should be simple and all the different interface should follow a standard template
? The user interface should be able to interact with the user management module and a part of the
interface must dedicate to login/logout module.
