HBR Car Rental company primarily serves people who require a temporary vehicle, for example, those who do not own their own car, travelers who are out of town, or owners of damaged or destroyed vehicles who are awaiting repair then we provided the best quality cars for self-use.
HBR Car Rental is a small business that will be implemented in Karachi and then in other areas. This company will provide the best cars to use with less price.
HBR Car Rental based on a mobile application for users who books or hire a car from the mobile HBR Car Rental app with full details. And also website for admin who updates the information of mobile app or motorized cars by GPS Tracker.
Project ObjectivesThe Mobile Appliction is amied:
1. First, customers signup for HBR Rental Car mobile App, and we get some personal information of the user.
2. After signup register user will directly use the mobile app and hire/book a car for self-use.
3. Hire a car easily from a mobile application for few hours, days, or months for self-use all prices will b show in HBR Car Rental mobile app.
4. During booking, we will get the user's cnic photo and driving license photo from mobile to save the information of the customer and also we get agreement from the customer.
5. Also, the customer can cancel the booked car in 24 hours without any charges.
6. When we giving the car to the customer we will get some photocopies of cnic, driving license copy for security purpose.
7. And also we get a security deposit of 10,000 to 50,000 according to the car after returning the car we will return the customer's deposit.
8. For the Admin side, we will create a website side the owner can motorize his cars and update the information of cars.
9. And also GPS tracker for car location tracking if any condition car stolen. Then the owner can see the car location.
Project Implementation MethodThe implementation:
1. Survey:
After the observation, that there no facility in Pakistan for getting a rental car for time for self-usage, and also there is no online booking system in Pakistan to book a car at home.
For businessmen who come from other countries, they need a car for use or travelers they need self-use cars.
2. Prototyping:
Prototyping the user interface for users to get the best experience from this system .
Prototyped different screens and navigations for different uses cases and features. The
prototype played a major role in making my application perfect in terms of UX and UI.
3. Development:
After prototyping I started to develop the user interface of my Mobile Application first. After developing the most important screens I started work on the backend using firebase and tested the work of desired features.
4. Testing:
After the completion of development, the application will be tested on different devices, under various situations and with several
inputs to achieve the best experience for the user.
5. Launch:
The Mobile Application will be available to both platforms Android and IOS.

- It will be running on android devices starting from the Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich
- It will occupy space between 50 MBs to 60Mbs
- it will be requiring permissions such as Camera, GPS, Audio, Video and Storage for utilization of different features.
