There are a lot of learning sites available. Most of them offer courses related to some topic or domain. Probably all of them are paid sites. One of the finest source of learning online is YouTube. On YouTube we can access almost anything of our interest. It might be a complete course of even a single topic related to anything. But the online learning experience is not always good. If the learner have some difficulty in going well with the tutor, the tutor will not know that instantly. Even when the learner ask queries to the tutor on YouTube, the response time will be very long or the student may never get any response from the tutor due to several reasons. The other learning sites are paid but Language might be a big problem as most of them are providing services in English and most of the students in our country are not very well in English. There is a language gap. And even after paying to that sites, students may not grasp all the learning contents. The Students who are learning online must stay online for classes and communication. In case of internet problem or some system problem, they will miss their classes and in future it will be tough for them to compete with the rest of the class. For that they will have to put double effort to get along with the rest of the class.

Let’s talk about our society, all the parents want their children to be taught in their own homes. But most of them cannot afford a tutor at home. And from those who can, most of them don’t know where to find. So, they have to ask to some tuition centers if they can offer services at home. And most of them don’t offer services at home.

As a solution of the above mentioned problems, our Aim is to design a Web Based Platform where students and teachers will be able to make accounts to be a member of this platform.

Parents will be able to find many options of tutors for their kids and they will select the best tutor based on their needs and requirements near to their residence. They will be given options to communicate to further proceedings.

Tutors will no longer search for jobs. They will get notified automatically whenever some job post arrives related to his skills and services in his own area or the area near to his residence. He will then be able to approach them directly and they will collectively decide how to move ahead. For communication, teacher will be also provided with options.

In today’s Inter-connected era, technology is adding something to every industry.The  same  is  true  for  education  sector  where  online  systems  are  becoming  hottopic.   The  concept  of  online  educational  system  has  been  for  years,  but  nowrecent  advances  in  other  systems  which  are  now  providing  online  services,  this system also demands to be modify as per other systems.

• GPS based micro level education system’s key focus is to provide dependableand readily available educational services.
• Our system Goal is to continuously expand globally and bring its services to different cities to allow tutors and students to connect.
• To take over the educational industry by being the most cheap, easy educa-tionalservicesallovertheworld.
• Our system is going to build educational services as reliable as running water,everywhere, for everyone; just by tapping a button and your tutor arrives inminutes.

Project Implementation Method Methodology

For proposed system, scrum methodology is suitable. Daily bases meetings will beconducted by scrum master, after sprint completion meeting conduct by productmanager and after sprint completion, user feedback will improve our product andnew updates will improve our system. So that’s why we choose scrum method.Another reason to choose scrum is to reduce the error or failure chances in system.

• Students will get educational services on their preferred time from best teachers provided by this platform.
• Students will be able to get micro level services (for urgent bases too).
• The Queries of the students will be resolved on time as the teacher will be sitting next to them and helping the in their native language.
• Teachers will provide their services on their preferred time.
• Teachers will no longer have to struggle for having jobs.
• Teacher and Educational Institutes will no longer need to advertise for fame if they have quality teachers and good enough standard of education.
• The seniors students can make money while having education.
• This Platform will be providing job opportunities to all deserving candidates.
   

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

Our system requires any device having internet connection and navigation system from where our website can be accessed. 
The tools and technologies required for this project are:
Any method of making website but we are using Django framework for our project.
A server and a domain name for deployment of Application. 
Each of these tools and technologies are easily available in the market. There are four members in our group. Each of them is working on different aspects and modules. All the technical expertise is also manageable. So, this project is GPS Based Micro Level Educational Services Provider technically feasible.
