Project Summary

“Get Sawari” is a vehicle rental app platform with a variety of rental cars and bikes. This app is a Car and bike rental forum that provides the best car and bike rental information. The app allows customers to rent cars and bikes and allows them to compare prices for different products with just one click. With our application, People can not only rent their car and bike but also buy or sell their car or bike with ease.
We will use an AI Chatbot in our application. The Chatbot allows its users to sign up for our application with just a click. After Registration, as soon as the user launches our application, The Welcome or generic message will be sent to him inside the private chat via Chatbot. using the app private chat users can easily ask questions regarding car and bike rent-related and, answer all the general questions related to car and bike rental within a second, and the other great thing after the customer purchase and rent any car a user is for viewing receipts about booking, you can view a private chat with our App Private Chat Box. 
Thus, this project will provide a proper and user-friendly method of the Car and Bike Rental system for every individual. People can easily purchase and sell their vehicles through our platform.

Project Objectives

The main objective of the Project on the vehicle Rental System is to manage the details of the vehicle, Customer, Payment, Booking, Insurance. It manages all the information the about vehicle, Supplier, Insurance, vehicle. The project is totally built at administrative end and thus only the administrator is guaranteed the access. The purpose of the project is to build an application program to reduce the manual work for managing the vehicle, Customer. Supplier, Payment. It tracks all the details about the Payment, Booking, Insurance.

Functionalities provided by Car Rental System are as follows:

  • Provides the search facilities based on various factors. Such as to vehicle, Payment, Booking, Insurance.
  •  Vehicle Rental System also manage the Supplier details online for Booking details, Insurance details, vehicle,
  •  It tracks all the information of Customer, Supplier, Booking, etc.
  • Manage the information of Customers.
  • Shows the information and description of the Car, Payment.
  • To increase the efficiency of managing the Car, Customer.
  • It deals with monitoring the information and transactions of Booking.

Project Implementation Method

We are using the following technologies in order to Implement our goal of developing a vehicle renting application  

Flutter:

We are using Flutter technology to develop our product. Since it’s a new technology it’s very reliable and high demanding in the current market insight. Also, it let us develop our application for cross platforms Like Android, IOS, and Web with the same amount of time and effort of developing an application.

Firebase:

We are using firebase as the database of our App. Since it is the most compatible online database system for applications because both (flutter and firebase) are powered by Google.

By using this database, we will maintain our user’s log details and account details.

Ai-Chat Bot:

We will introduce an AI Chatbot in our application. The Chatbot allows its users to consult and hire a Suitable vehicle of his/her Desire. After Registration, as soon as the user comes to our application, the user will be greeted warmly before acquiring any details and further discussions. Users can facilitate him/her regarding any in-app issues or need support. 

Android Studio:

Android Studio is the tool that we used to develop our application. The interface of this tool is easy to understand.

Get Sawari has all information related to the vehicles such as vehicle number, registration number, insurance details, and seating capacity.

When it comes to renting a vehicle, individuals’ budgets differ. There are different categories of vehicles from which you can rent. Each category differs in price and they are quite affordable depending on your personal budget. 

AI Chat-Bots:

We will introduce AI Chatbot in our application. The Chatbot allows users to consult and hire a suitable vehicle of his/her Desire.

Customer Benefits:

The customer can book vehicles for travel on an hourly basis, short distances or outstation. The detailed listing of cars helps the customers to identify the car they need.

Product Deliverable 

Prototype: 

The project aimed to propose a prototype of a GET SAWARI App that is secured and enabled users to reserve the vehicle they wanted. The proposed GET SAWARI has been replaced by the traditional way of renting vehicles. Features such as login, direct call and send an email, direct location, check vehicle availability, check vehicle reservation, and so on will be added to the GET SAWARI. The app also allowed users to view the rental car available, make payment for the rental car using a credit card that ensures that users do not have to be physically present at the rental company just to see what rental car they want to rent. Instead, users could browse the Vehicle list through GET SAWARI, no matter how many times, and then decide which Vehicle to choose and proceed with the payment process. On the other hand, the app also 
allowed the admin to have full control over the app where the admin could 
add, edit, and remove any car information at any time.

Project Scope:

Our App target those people who are busy in their everyday life routines and they need an application for renting a vehicle for some span of time. In this rental app, users can put in /her information and then they get to choose the kind of car or Bike suitable for their needs. (Users/Renters who signed up would be verified by some means and security inspections to make our platform safe for both renter and the user)
