The wide coverage of mobile and satellite networks leads to various useful applications that increase the convenience of our daily life. One of such applications is the people tracking or positioning system. The real-time location of a person can be tracked by using the GPS (Global Positioning System) which is a satellite-based navigation system consisting of several satellites revolving around the earth and GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) technology which is a set of standards to describe technologies for Second Generation (2G).
GPS is a satellite-based navigation system that can provide an accurate location, time, speed, and direction data. The satellite that is placed into the orbit will transmit the coded information to the GPS receiver. This data allows us to determine the precise location on the earth by measuring the distance from the satellite.
GSM is the digital mobile network that is used to transmit the mobile voice and data service through the narrow band with Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) Technique. It can be used to detect the location of the mobile phone-based on the signal strength to the nearby antenna tower. The GSM technology operates in several bands of frequency for different countries. A good number of tracking systems had so far been developed with a wide range of tracking facilities, But the operation cost of most of these systems is higher as the vehicle to be tracked is equipped with a costly GPS receiver 3 and relay on the obtained coordinates via mobile or satellite networks to a home station.
Also, SMS service used for the communication to the server which turned out to raise the communication costs, and used handheld GPS receiver which also expensive (SMS are used for communication to the device) which prevents from widespread use. GPS is a satellite-based radio positioning system providing both time and position information.
The basic idea is that the device will notify the Admin once the Carrier (Person who carries the tracker) exits the defined area. In this tracking system, a particular area will be defined by using geo-fencing. This project will consist of creating an affordable and marketable system in which the design and features of the system will be evaluated based on the feedback that we will receive.

•It is a constant struggle for teachers to keep track of every child during field trips and different excursion activities.
•Kids leave the school premises without permission.
The fundamental objective of this tracker is always to track a particular target or carrier. The tracking device is able to relay info concerning exactly where the person has traveled, how lengthy he/she has stopped using GPS (Global Positioning System).
Hardware Interface
The device is created by using the Arduino module, GSM module, GPS module, Bluetooth module, Pushbutton, and Battery.
Software Interface
Android is used to build a mobile application. While device coding is done in Arduino.
Through Geo-fence you can track your loved ones and ensure they are safe. They can notify you when they are in danger by just pressing a button on the device. You can keep track if they are following their schedule by the scheduler function in the app where you save the schedule the device user needs to follow. Through the Bluetooth function, you will get notified when the device gets out of Bluetooth reach you will be notified that your loved one is not in your Bluetooth reach.

5)Panic button. Can press the panic button on the device so the parents who have the app can know you are in danger and can track you.
