Imprpor management of waste and garbage is root cause of several hindrances and issues that we face every day especially in developing country like Pakistan such as health and hygiene,transport safety,wild endangerment and environmental aestheticism.At present the method of cleaning is manuel so there are many issues and problems to manage it like in railway tracks there is unavailibty of manuel labor for days,and working in area where harmful gases are exist ,where nuclear reactions are take place,previously made gabage collection robot could not work in every degree of freedom
The flexible solution to this dilemma can be reliable cost-effective prototype of a garbage collection robot because it has ability to move,reach and sense in any kind of complex degree of freedom.It also enables the implementation of IOT based segregation.Robot perform pre-set motions programs such as obstacle avodences,environments and path detections,metal and non metal detection for segregation processing and many more.A microprocessor is embaded in the system along with various special sensors in order to get real-time data and environment monitering through digital wireless communication.The main goal of this project is to create a smart environment and city.

Project Implementation MethodOur plan is to develope prototype of IOT based garbage collection and segregation robot.It carries different types of sensors such as ultrasonic for level checking,detection of object and metal detection sensor for segregation of metal and non metal.the embaded system installed on it,that will be used to record real time data and communication.the blyank app is created to control robot from everywhere by IOT.The prototype features a wifi module,(5) servo motors,(4) dc geared motors (3) ultasonoc sensors, 4 channel relay module,bread board,controller moduleThe external body of the prototype will be designed by using 3D printed parts and will be controlled by microcontroller ESP32.
Benefits of the Project1) The garbage collection robot can be used in every degree of freedom for garbage collection and segregation.
2) It can be used in nuclear waste,where human presence in unsafe.
3) It can be used for segregation of garbage in which we can recycle metal and plastic.
4) It can help to make environment clean
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe purpose of designing this robot is to collect and segregate garbage automatically,to clean enviroment and recycle metal and plastic.
