The smart property includes many things but we are just focusing on one thing that is Smart Property. So, we discussing about the smart property focusing on lands register issues and real estate industry. The real estate businesses are so complex and delaying process in our countries. There are so many frauds in current real estate businesses. The main issue that how to trust someone and from where we have to buy the property. Whom we have to trust and whom to not. Is it the right property to buy or not? Are the documents being originals or not. There are many questions in mind like this. So, the goal of our web application is to allow ownership of both physical and non-physical property to be verified, programmable and tradable.

Project Objectives

Smart property contracts, however, embed decentralized blockchain technology into objects, and make the relationship more interactive. Instead of giving the objects a data-collecting life of their own, they increase our control over their use. Smart property contracts can dictate the extent of our ownership and control over networked objects. And they do so in a decentralized, efficient and automatic way.Smart property allows ownership of both physical and non-physical property to be verified, programmable and tradeable. The ownership details of a property are written on the Block. Each block contains the address of previous blocks through they make chain. That’s why it is called Blockchain.

Project Implementation Method

Using blockchain technology with Hyperledger fabric framework is an additional pace and ahead of into the highly developed era as I will be presenting my web application which can modify environment increasingly through a PC or mobile device, to illustrate enhanced substance and media straight prior to myself. This has remarkable web applications that can facilitate us to practice our lives all the more beneficially, more fascinating, and all the more informatively.

Benefits of the Project

This project is mainly focused on smart property for real estate industry in a decentralized distributed Network using permissioned blockchain implemented through Hyperledger fabric. The system assures the registration and verification of user and property in a distributed network. The user can request for the registration of property in the system and the admin have the right to approved, edit and reject them. The property only shows on the user panel if and on if the properties approved by the admin. The properties are exchangeable in Business-to-Business (B2B) and business-to-Customer (B2C). The blockchain technology is used to store the transactional record in the blockchain as no one can temper them. The system offers the exchange of properties between different organizations and customers. Our system is focusing on the exchange of assets and save the transactional record of property in the blockchain.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

The Project is almost complete. We have make an proof of concept that how things works on blockchain in real estate industry.

Developing a new environment for sale/purchase. The technology is considering going future of design. Smart-Property Web is providing excellent opportunities to effectively enhance user experiences. Everyone already knows the importance of different technologies in society today. Smart-Property gives a best and interesting experience in sale/purchase to its users. Smart-Property is a website that helps a user who is new in a particular area. Just scrolling user or customer can find desire property.

There are some features that were not introduced by any other online property site. We are using the blockchain technology to save the transaction.
