•Game of Hex is a hex based board game. It is a 2-player board game. We are going to create an android application “Game of Hex”. This project will be focusing on developing a program to simulate a human player in the board game, Game of Hex. It is a game of strategy in which two players compete to create bridges across a hexagonal playing field of any size. The first player to create the bridge will come out as the winner.

Project Objectives

•In today’s society the level of e-sport is increasing. This game can also help the students to organize an area based tournament for the game where the IQs of students are checked. The main objective of this game is to bring people towards a mind game that will help them improve their IQ and help them use their mind and improve skills instead of wasting their time in leisure activities that are unfruitful. It is an application game that is played in offline between 2 players.

Project Implementation Method

•Unity 3d software. Skills required for unity are 2 dimensional hexagon tile mapping.

•C#. Skills required for C# is good programming skills and concept of classes and their use.

Benefits of the Project

The overall conclusion of this project is to make people come towards a mind game instead of all other games that are out there and are of no use, except they only disturb your mind. On the other hand after the whole development of this project I will be able to make good games using UNITY 3D and will work on it till I become a good game developer.
