Worldwide, inefficiency and pollution are big issues. Efficiency is a significant consideration when we evaluate machine performance. The internal combustion engine's efficiency can reach only up to 35%. Only 22 percent of the 35 percent is useable to drive a motor bike. The environmental impact of ICE fuel combustion is likewise negative. It is regarded as a major issue all over the world. Pakistan was named the world's most polluted region in November 2018. Pollution has devastating effect on Pakistan's climate. One of them is smog. There are two major causes of pollution in Pakistan: transportation and energy (in the form of heat).
Most of the veheicles operate on internal combustion engines. Internal combustion engines use fossil fuels, such as gasoline, to generate mechanical energy. Fuel costs have been rising steadily, but in Pakistan, they are also influenced by the dollar pricing and taxations. We should convert our energy resources. The modern world, on the other hand, is centred on electric automobiles. However, electric car technology is not yet sophisticated enough for us to rely on. As a result, hybrid technology bridges the gap between internal combustion engines and battery-powered automobiles. It is referred to as hybrid energy when you have more than one source of energy.
We are attempting to create and construct a low-cost, efficient, and fuel-efficient bicycle in light of the ever-increasing costs of inflation, fuel prices, and taxes. It is intended to overcome the problems of current electric motorcycles on the market. This is our recommendation. The term refers to 'Front wheel hybrid electric motor bike ' It will run on electricity as well as fossil fuels. The goal is to convert a regular bike into a hybrid electric motor. It will run on a battery until the battery dies, at which point it will be powered by a combustion engine. Which will be environmentally sustainable while tackling range issues. To do this, we will replace the standard front wheel with an electric hub motor fitted wheel that will run on batteries.
This project will explains how to design and build a hybrid electric motorbike that uses two main subsystems, one of which is a standard 70cc internal combustion engine and the other an electric power motor. The results of tests conducted on the suggested experimental platform show These two subsystems work together to construct the hybrid electric motorcycle, that will provides economical ride of an electric motorbike, with extra miles from an internal combustion engine. the hybrid power system can charge its own batteries using electricity from the electrical recharge system, considerably increasing cruising distance with engine.

This will help us in the construction of a motorbike and in determining which battery and motor are most suited to our needs.
We need to create a 48v battery, and we can raise or reduce battery capacity to increase or decrease range. The majority of electric motor bikes in this price range use a 20A battery that can give a 1000 watt motor with a range of 60 to 80 kilometres. We may use a lower capacity battery because we are designing a hybrid motorcycle and have the benefit of ICE.
We will make spooks to link the hub motor to a 17-inch wheel that might be used as a motorcycle's front wheel. Then, in order to attach on the bike, we will create toles that will be kept in place by the front shocks.
The goal of the project is to create a low-cost motorbike. We intended to design a motorbike that could be used as an ordinary office user's motor bike while also being cheap. If we need to ride for a longer distance, we can start our ICE to obtain some extra miles. so that the problem of insufficient cruising range for electric motorcycles can be considerably improved
This project shows how to build and construct a hybrid electric motorbike management system that uses an electronic control unit (ECU) to connect two key subsystems, one of which is a typical 70cc internal combustion engine and the other an electric power motor. These two primary subsystems work together to assemble the hybrid electric motorcycle, which leads to successful road tests. The hybrid power system may thus recharge its own batteries with electricity supplied by the electrical recharge system, greatly increasing cruising distance. The results of the tests conducted using the proposed experimental platform show that lithium ion cells can improve the state of charge and battery life. The findings of road testing also suggest that the engine's pollutant emissions may be lowered and that the problem of insufficient cruising range for electric motorcycles can be considerably improved.

we use lithium ion 18365 cells to make battery for motor. we connected 6 sets of 13 series cells in parallel to make the battery. for battery maintenance we used 13s battery management system

We can use ESC to control motor speed (Electronic speed controler). To regulate the speed of the motor, we can programme a microcontroller and integrate it with an ESC. However, due to restricted space, we chose to include a full package box for an electric motor bike with additional functions and a compact box. It features functions such as reverse, regerative breaking, on/off switch, and so on. we can inegarte with the controler using swiches and for motor speed we can use a throttle grip to accelerate motor bike.

The motor equal to a 70cc ICE (according to our calculations) is an 800w motor. For normal use, we may require less power to drive for a single person. As a result, we decided to add a 350w BLDC hub motor. After all, BLDC has a high intent to torque, therefore it will be more cost effective and ideal for our project.

Which will be environmentally sustainable while also addressing range issues. For this aim, we will replace the front regular wheel with an electric motor wheel, which will be powered by batteries.
