In medical field,regarding other diseases, Diabetes is the most widely spreading disease that targets people pf every age throughout the world and technology is doing its best to protect people but not in a there is a little truth about it regarding a developing country like Pakistan where the literacy level is very poor along with a number of other issues .This project is specially proposed for the diabetic patients of Pakistan.

Basically there are two types of diabetes Type 1exists in people by birth so here we are focusing on Type 2 and targeting adult age people.

This is a Machine_Learning/Artificial_Intelligence based project that takes the detailed data of diabetic patients, processes it, identify the level of severity of disease and recommend the best diet plan and exercises that suits his level.

Project Objectives

• To collect data from different hospitals of Peshawar(KPK).
• To construct a workable databse.
• To apply Machine Learning models for the classification of diabetic patients.
• To recommend necessary diet and exercise for the concerned patient

Project Implementation Method

• First of all we will collect the detailed data of around 1000 patients from Hospitals, Diagnosis Centers,Doctors and Nutririonists through a number of clinical visits and consults.
• Then we will choose a most appropriate database for the data management and we will feed the data to it through coding.
• Then we will apply the most suitable Machine Learning technique to distribute and handle our data properly withuot even a minor issue.
• Then we will use GUI for the data input and output.
• The program will look at the data of the concerned patient and identify the  cluster that match his data.
• The concerned patient will get the recommended diet and exercise by the system.

Along with a number of benefits, this project include the following features as well.

• It is a software based project and is environment friendly and produce no waste like  tablets, injections and wrappers etc.
• This will save a large amount of money and time of the patients.
• This is hands on recommender you can use it anywhere in pakistan regardgless of clinic restrictions.
• The system recommends natural food so even the worst case has no side effect.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

This project will deliver a workable tool/software which take dat from diabetic patients like age, gender,glucose level,bmi,smoker etc.The supplied data will be processed by a suitable machine learning model(that will be trained while using the existing data htrough supervised(SVM) and unsupervised(K_Mean) algorithms).The model will predict a suitable class for the patients that will then be used to propose required nutrious diet and exercise based on his current conditions.Inputs will be taken from doctors and nutrritionists to develop a reliable system for day to day use.
