Project Summary

This is a start up project project with strong business idea in which we faciliate the most of the travelers of Karachi. FIS (Food Internet Services) hostel, Most of students or job related people live in hotels most of the time and pay extra charges for living few days or even months. Inspite of this there are many private hostels are available in Karachi which charge very low than hotels but most of the people are can't aware of this and pay extra charges. So we develop a android application with the  help of this any user find the hostel in the related area if hostel is available and in starting he or she is aware from the charges of the hostel. In hostel there is some extra facilities like internet and food which are most beneficial for the students or jobs related people. In Karachi there are more than 1.5 million people travel daily so there are lot of people which required some stay point which is feasible for them and give them good services. In this application we also add some extra functionality of shared houses in rents many natives of karachi wants to share there houses with others and give them facilities like food on the rent so people easily find these type of houses also in one application. On each booking through application we chatge 10% of first charge from the owner of the place.

Project Objectives

To make people aware of  private hostels and houses in Karachi.

To give easiness to people for finding the  good place which give them good facilities for staying in feasible charges.

To give awareness from the charges of hostels of different areas which produce the competition and possibly charges become less due to competition.

To provide people locations of hostels in Google Map and details of hostels for booking the hostel.

Project Implementation Method

Firstly we survey for  the hostels and approach them and tell them about our strategy for our business idea as through this they will got more customer and the advertisment of the hostel this is like requirement phase of our application we also survey from the students or people who use hotels for their stay if we provide them this facility either they agree with this then we develop a complete application for the users as users can easily use this application contain all attributes of hostel and services which is given by hostel  we also develp a admin panel for the hostel management for updating the data and giving their details on the android application. Admin panel is only operated by hostel owners and monitered by our team for customer acknowledgement when this technical phase is done than we will advertise for our application through different universities pages or social media platform or through person to person advertise.

Benefits of the Project

There are many private hostels are available in karachi from which most of people of other cities are unaware and pay more when they live in hotels because hotels charge more and extra ;charges of food are also included so that why we provide them a android application on which they easily find hostel for stay in easy way along with less charges with extra facilites like food and internet. We also facilate the owner's of hostel's because of this they efficiently use booking of their hostels. Users easily find hostel on Google Maps service or contact directly the hostel owner for confirmation of booking this will reduce time and money of the customer and provide them a good facility. Most of the student of other cities are travel towards karachi because of study or different kind of work and stay in hotels most likely more than 10000 travel daily karachi and stay so it is huge number of customer for giving them a good facility in low budget with easiness.   

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

As it is an android application so it is developed on android studio with the help of cross platform database firebase because of the admin panel which is controlled by hostel management system on which they update their details like their price structure or services details of the hostel provide by hostel management to the customers. The most commonly android version is used in development which facility is given by android studio itself we use integeration between android studion admain panel and firebase datebase because of when we update our data on admin panel it will automatically updated on android application which is shown to the  users. The android application gives complete details of the hostel like its locations with the help of Google Maps we also intigerate it we use searching technique for location searching and when any selection of gives the all information about that hostel which is saved by hostel managment which is recieved here by fetching all the data from the databases. We also remove or add the hostels and pin that locations in Google Maps the most essential and most technical part is admin panel which is completely developed  upon requirements or attributes of any hostel mainly 7 or 8 attributes we define which represent the hostel and the feedback system is developed by AI algorithm in ranking tag which help the user to find good hostel in particular area
