This application only acess provide to parent and Admin of school .Parents don't need to have to go their childs school for pay their fees because this application provide this feature also that pay pay online fees from their home.And in past mangement projects user can't see visualization of the data but this application provide this feature also.This system provide friendly environment as compared to other school mangement sytems.this sytem provide extra best features for admin parent contact.

Project Objectives

1) The basic purpose of school management system is to make easily maintain the data of students.

2) Provide better platform for student and teacher communication, as well as parents also check the progress of their children.

3)   Our goal is to move from traditional to digital system. Where communication between users can be easily achieved.

4) In traditional projects only data is show only in files format but in this digital system data will be shown in vision statistics form after login into the portal.

5) Parents easily pay online fees of their child’s.

Project Implementation Method

This application is used by some users.

• Admin, Student, Parent
• Admin has some proper login authentications.
• Admin can add new student, teacher and modify them.
• Admin can update circular or notification for students and teachers (like about holidays or many more.
• Admin also can generate timetable.

2) Parent

Parent login into the application with their account which is given by the admin and communicate with teacher through feedback.

Benefits of the Project

• Now a days due to corona virus issues middle level schools have don't facility to pay their childres fees online so this application provide this feature also.
• And provide best communication features and data show on the portal in visualization form.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

prototyping: In this phase after starting the development phase make the dsign of project for better understanding and fullfillment of requirements.

Development:Then develpe the website through the use of some languanges.sach as PHP, java script ,html and css.

data base:then use database for add the details of students information.
