The Application we made is intended to donate the products online. With this Application user can now easily donate the products online on the click of the button. This application will make the online donation much easier.  The donor can easily donate and donation store in the module of product bank.

Traditional donation process is manual. Donor gives their donations to needy peoples manually.

The manual process requires more time and effort which is not possible in today’s busy life. In our propose project we will implement an application which will make the process of donation more easy and efficient for both donor and distributor.

• To keep stock of products e.g. (Food, Clothes, Toys, Medicine, blood)

Benefits of the Project

• This system will facilitate NGO’s, Donors and other distributors in terms of managing donation activities.
• Admin can manage all Donor and distributor accounts and perform all necessary quires on their database and update records of utilities available for donation.
• User can also share their review through comments in comment section.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We are going to develop an android app and website that can bring a social change. Our project is going to help both donors and distributor as well as according to the requirements and needs of our society. This app will contains different categories of donation including food, clothes, toys, blood etc. and acts as a platform to incubate and nurture a range of welfare projects in order to help those who are socially deprived and truly deserve.

The Application we made is intended to donate the products online. With this Application user can now easily donate the products online on the click of the button. This application will make the online donation much easier. The Graphical user interface provided is so simple that any novice can also learn to use it. The donor can easily donate and donation store in the module of product bank.

All the users have a password an email id. Then anyone can login into the system using their email id and password to get authentication further. Blood drive and product bank are the main module of the system. Donors are able to keep track of their donations. Distributor are also easily get donation from the module for needy peoples. Both the donors and distributors will be benefited and allow the project to run more smoothly. Donors will be able to communicate with distributors through chat box.

The donor will browse through the categories and donate any product of his choice. This application is easy to understand. This application is made convenient and user-friendly.

This Application also includes the administrator panel. From this area the administrator can fully manage the every aspect of full application. He can view and process the goods place by the donor and also edit all its aspects after the good has been placed. He will also verify all the NGO,s and give them permission to use the app after registration. In short, admin has total control on all the features of the system.
