Everyone wants to travel comfortably without having to pay much. With the emerging costs of petrol and gas, most people have restored to traveling on public transport and app-based car services like Careem and Uber. Despite the advantages of using app-based car services, these services are beneficial for individuals who often like to travel on their own. Moreover, if people want to travel from and to the same place, they had to book individual rides. The proposed app-based car service will help the passengers who travel from and to the same place on a routine basis e.g. students to universities or colleges etc. The system that is being proposed has two booking modes, i.e. private ride and rideshare mode. Private mode is similar to booking a car in other applications like Careem and Uber. ride-share mode, the passenger has to schedule a ride by setting up the pick-up and drop-off location, specifying days, pickup time interval, number of passengers, and car type because the passengers travel on a routine basis. Once all the details are confirmed, the passenger will get the confirmation message along with its ride details. The driver will get the notifications of the passengers that had scheduled the ride from that area. The driver then accepts the requests of the passengers according to his ease and the passengers will get a In notification from the driver who had accepted their ride request. So that passengers get ready before the arrival of the driver. Once all the passengers are seated, they travel together to the destination. The total estimated fare will be divided between the number of passengers picked from their respective locations. The fare will be incremented with some percentage to benefit the driver as well.

FareShare application enables its passengers and riders to request for rides and accept those rides respectively. The relevant benefits of this product include; it is easy and very convenient to request and accept rides using the app. In addition, one of the main objectives of the product is provision of readily available and most dependable service in transportation. On the other hand, its main goal is to continue expanding worldwide and providing its transportation services to more cities to allow connection of riders and drivers.

FareShare aims to fix the drawbacks in these existing solutions and provide a better UX to it’s customers.
