Identification, in the retail area, of suspected individuals who commit small crimes or even to allow or prevent the entry of people to certain area or location, this could be helpful for our law enforcement agencies/police to detect the wanted person and can take required actions against them.
Detection of individual is very important for every police station, retail store or also use for stopping the entry of person in a town that is not considered to be safe on the grounds that there are large amounts of wrongdoing and viciousness thereIn most part of the world still conventional methodologies are used to keep an eye on a criminal but as we all know that technology changes with a blink of eye so we need to be updated with the time simply tracing criminal with their record facial features and take strict actions against before any unpleasant activity occur. In our project we are mainly focus on detection of face and recognition of face when matching with face Database. Face The database of all the criminals/individuals are stored and when it finds match it generate alerts.
Project objective:
The main objective of our project is to develop a system for our law enforce agencies especially police to help them tracing criminals in certain area or locations, Framework work by looking at selected facial features from given snap with faces recorded inside a database. Perceiving the essence of a given individual here and there winds up vital to the task of a given business, and at this point it is important that such recognition must be done effectively because alerts will be generated based on the information present in the Face database.

Python 3.6
Python version (3.6) used as a core programming language to build the system.
PyCharm Ide 3.6
PyCharm Jet beans used as integrated interpreter to support python packages and provide supported API’s
Open CV
OpenCV used it is basic language, it is library utilized for Image Processing. It is predominantly used to do all the task identified with Images
NumPy library
NumPy package is used to store values of same data package.
Haar Cascades
Haar Cascade is a main face detection algorithm that we used in our project
Python 3.6 (venv) as project interpreter
PyCharm manage to create virtual environment as project interpreter that support and manages the dependencies related to the project
SQLite
SQLite is use as a database to store snaps of individuals i.e.: Face Database
Hardware Requirement
Computer/laptop
High quality camera must be positioned to obtain the snapshots.
Memory needed to store all the images of required person and database
