Project Area of Specialization Mechanical EngineeringProject SummaryAn Polymer Injection molding machine, or (Injection moulding machine), also known as an injection press, is a machine for manufacturing plastic products by the injection molding process. It consists of two main parts, an injection unit and a clamping unit. Injection molding machine molds can be fastened in either a horizontal or vertical position. The majority of machines are horizontally oriented, but vertical machines are used in some niche applications such as insert molding, allowing the machine to take advantage of gravity. Some vertical machines also do not require the mold to be fastened.The Conceptual approach of this project is build up plastic material industries in all over country because its material is have low cost than other material equipment.In process of material injected to the mold vertically because it’s a type of vertical injected mold to achieve the proposed design of this project.
Project ObjectivesFirst of all we have,purchase raw material and equipment from local market.After we need to perform all fabrication works for assembled foundation of machine according to proposed design of this prototype project.Secondly we have installed all machine parts such as injection unit, screw motor drive, heaters, ring plunger, Air compressor, wooden , clamping unit etc.In the end all parts are installed,we have to installed electrical wiring for supply all mechanica accessories.After completion of all project,we have to perform testing and operation,Afer complete successful operation we have to delivered this machine.
