Event guider is an application which is specially designed for the purpose of guidance for an event in the marquee or banquet hall. It will cover all the social gathering Functions like marriage function, birthdays or meetings. This application will provide overview or estimation of total expected expenses. This application will provide the availability of slots on a specific date.

Project Objectives

Our application helps to ensure online availability of slots for events. This application provides the services about banquet or marquee like seating capacity, parking capacity, decorator, catering, buffet system etc. In our application the rates of these services are mentioned to estimate the expenses of the event.

Project Implementation Method

We will provide an android application which will ensure the availability of marquee or banquet hall on a specific date. It will give the estimation of all expected expenses. It will provide the list of services that a marquee offers.

Benefits of the Project

As we all have busy scheduled and we want every solution on our fingertip.So it is very tough for many of us to visit marquee or banquet hall to ensure the availability of slots or rates of halls.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

There is no application currently launched on play store that covers all event guidance in Pakistan. There are some websites that offers wedding events planning that are only working in Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi.
