The quick and efficient systems to maintain the cleanliness of the vehicles are high demand. An Arduino based car washing system will therefore be built. By detecting the car on the pullet lift system, the exterior of the vehicle will be washed and processes will be managed by ARDUINO.
Automatic car wash system sensors will be fully automated with different foaming, washing, drying and brushing stages and different sensors will be positioned at different locations for identification, washing, cleaning and drying of vehicles. This device uses a huge amount of water, so the recycling plant for water is also an important part of the automatic car washing system. Through filtration, the detergent combined with waste water can be recycled. The waste of water will be decreased because of filtration. After final assembly of the vehicle, service stations, car replacement and servicing stations, and the car body construction industry, this device can be used in automobile manufacturing companies.

As we know time is more important in the upcoming future days, life becomes so busy and everyone wants quick actions and in competition with low expenses so this automated project saves time of the customer and the whole project is automated it also saves man power and this project can also be placed at any particular place or area in the city with respect to the ideal location.
Minimize water waste by recycling the water by filtration of water:
Recycling and reuse of the water means treating and processing the waste water to remove impurities and using the treated water for wide range of industrial, domestic and agricultural purposes. It is also known as “water reclamation".
Some of the benefits of water recycling and reusing are:
•Water recycling can decrease the discharge of effluents that may damage and pollute the ecosystems.
•Recycled water can satisfy most of the water demands, as long as it is adequately treated.
•Water recycling offers resource and financial savings.

In car wash so much water is used for proper cleaning. So, by using process of water recycling we can save so much water.

Project Implementation MethodWhen the car reaches the washing station, the infrared (IR) sensor senses the car's presence and sends a signal to the Arduino. The phenomenon of lifting begins with the combination of two dc motors with a gear assembly.
After lifting, the pallet's horizontal travel will begin. Another dc motor will carry out this movement. Gears will also be supplied with this dc motor, which will reduce the speed and increase the system's power. Here you will be using a rack and Pinter gear assembly. At the bottom of the assembly, one horizontal gear will be mounted and the shaft will fit with the engine's gear assembly in such a way. The motor rotates in one direction and moves in horizontal directions along the horizontal gear. On this horizontally moving vehicle, the pallet with the vertical motor assembly will be mounted. Along with the engine, this assembly will also shift. The motor will thus be worked in steps, so the journey will also be performed in steps. The five distinct tasks will be completed in five separate steps.
The clean water supply and then the trolley movement will begin immediately after lifting. That is, travel begins, and then the blower is turned on at another point and the dust is removed from the car. After that process, the soap water will be allowed to fall on the vehicle at another stage. This soap water will stop after the defined time and brush motors will start, the object of which is to remove mud from the car and allow the clean water to fall on the car again. After the stated time, as various types of water will be supplied with different water tanks with electric motor pumps. These pumps will be put on at the right time and off at the right time. Along with the assembly, these tanks will be placed on separate stands. The car will be dried in a separate chamber through fan motors after passing through various types of cleaning water, and then the horizontal motor will stop and the vertical lifting motors will start and rotate in the opposite direction than the first movement. The nut assembly is going to come down with the car pallet. Then, with reversed supply polarity, the horizontal travel motor will be on and the travel will start in the opposite direction. The horizontal pallet will shift in the direction of the reverse term. The pallet would arrive at its original location from where it is possible to load the next car for washing purposes. On the LCD, the entry and exit of the car will also be seen.

Environmental justification for using a touchless automatic car wash
You can conveniently use 150 gallons of water to wash your car at home, where approximately 35 gallons would be used for a touchless or brushless automatic car wash.
The soaps and detergents used to wash the vehicle will sink into the dirt, along with the grunge that comes off it, and pollute the local source of ground water.
Automatic car washes recycle the water used for washing. Before being reused for subsequent car washing, the water is washed and treated.
Personal reasons for using an Automated Car Wash
In reality, washing your car by hand (scrubbing with sponges and brushes) causes small scratches in the paint. This is caused by fine gravel, sand and silt particles that get stuck in your brush or sponge. By washing your car at home, you actually degrade the finish.
By washing with brushes and sponges, the scratches created can be as deep as 10 percent of the paint thickness. Automatic brushless or touchless car washes use a high pressure spray of water to remove the dirt off the surface before it is washed, and the materials used to clean the surface of the vehicle are continually being rinsed to prevent any accumulation of grit.
Weekly cleaning helps the finish last longer, because dirt traps moisture against the vehicle’s finish and promotes rust. Cleaning a car’s finish weekly in an auto touchless or brushless car wash environment can eliminate the corrosive actions that dirt, salt and pollution can create, which will help keep your car looking good and help keep the resale value up.
All group members will work together on this project's hardware prototype; this project remains within the course's required scope. During the design and testing part, where the structure and action come together, the most time spent on the project will take place and required adjustments will be made to accomplish what is desired. The quantifiable effort will be a total of 14 hours a week at minimum until desirable function is attained.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe hardware prototype of the automatic car wash control system will be delivered on the submission date for the final project. The prototype of the model proposed would consist of four distinct phases. Dust from the vehicle will be washed at the first point by turning the blower on. Detergent water will be sprayed on cars in the second stage. Brushes will clean the car's mud in the third stage and clean water will be sprinkled to clean the detergent water. The fan will be turned on at the last stage, and the car will dry up. In this project the customers can select the different types of washings through the Android or Mobile app which displays the multiple types of washings options which will display on the LCD also according to the customers demand.
