Project Area of Specialization Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProject SummaryThis project is based on optimizing modern heating system with the application of programmable devices and modern control system operations. Our project is subjected to modern heating system having the induction of programming language along side the usages of control system operations. Our aim is to minimize the power consumption in this process alongside optimizing the process so as to use effective tools- not having higher prices.
Project ObjectivesAchieving the required temperature in a limited duration of time.
Temperature should be controlled properly and can have a good range of set points.
The assembly should be spacy enough to heat the specimen properly.
The design is objected to be user friendly.
Project Implementation MethodIndirect heating method is being used.
To control the temperature PID controller is being used.
Solid state relay is being used to cut down the heating process when desired temperature is achieved and variate the temperature around the set point.
A thermocouple is also being used to tell the controller the status of the heating continously.
Benefits of the Project Objectives of the tasks is to have minimum power consumptions, producing more efficient heat at a formidable rate.
Here in our project the case is the same, we will have a system having heat production capacity up to 1000k, moreover the time required to reach the maximum heat level will be as low as one and a half hour. The implementation of this system is quite conducive for current era, as people across the world are using energy sources which is less polluted and efficient, i.e. an environment friendly system plus efficient and upgraded heat producing system is the future of all of our organizations and residential areas.
Finally when the hardware will be developed, it will be equipped with modern heating system having programmed language along side controlling system which will be used by the users with its own desire and comfort.
