The online system will create by EasyRozgaar aims to give access to millions of people to find any type of expert and cheap laborers (that are not available near to their homes) at home without wasting their time to look them in the market. And providing such a platform for our Pakistani laborers, electricians, plumbers, and many others who are wasting their time looking for jobs in the market.

Unfortunately, in the current trend of the market, because people don't have such a way to find expert laborers of a particular field, they are wasting their time in finding good laborers and losing their money by hiring such laborers that are not very familiar with the problem. On the other hand, workers who know there work very well are mostly wasting their time waiting for customers, at shops or other market places, just because they don't have such a system which gives them a way to look for work outside of the area where they are not living.

By focusing on these problems in the market, EasyRozgaar takes initiate to give Pakistani peoples such a system where they can solve these problems.

Project Objectives

The main purpose of this startup is to create an ease for workers so they can find work without wasting their time and for all other people who put lots of time and effort in order to find a reliable and exact worker for their daily life problems outside in the market or other places. With this startup, our objective is to give all these people a platform where they can find each other.

We know there is neither lack of jobs nor there is lack of workers, the real issue is the location, they are not available where they are actually needed.

Project Implementation Method

EasyRozgaar will be a mobile and web-based service for every person or family in Pakistan where they will be able to find every kind of service online and easy approach to contact with laborers through EasyRozgaar service, WhatsApp call, or phone call. They will also be able to write their problems through the EasyRozgaar platform, so the laborers can contact them for providing services. And it will also help labors to easily find jobs through the EasyRozgaar platform without wasting time looking for jobs, and if they will not be able to afford/use the EasyRozgaar Platform, they can register themselves with their skills at the EasyRozgaar platform, so people can contact with them.

Benefits of the Project

EasyRozgaar's main focus is our poor laborers that are suffering from a lack of job problems, somedays they find and somedays not. With this platform, they will be able to find jobs on a daily basis by directly connected to the customer. On the other hand, Customer can hire top-rated laborers in just one click with their EasyRozgaar mobile app (Android or IOS) or with the EasyRozgaar website.

Benefits for workers:

• They will be able to create a virtual shop at our app, so will not be needed to create a shop (If they don't have one).
• The worker will not wait for work at any place, they can find on our App.
• The area of scope will be bigger than before now they can target the whole city.

Benefits for other people:

• Will be able to find workers at home (especially women).
• They will be able to hire the most reliable and accurate worker for problems.

The final deliverable will be the Website and Mobile application for both operating systems Android and IOS

We will design a UI of Mobile Application and develop it with tools:
