Most people are using bus transportation for traveling around the country. Mostly bus services use the traditional way of bus reservation like providing bus information through calls, messages or traveler gets to know by going to their office. Service Providers use the register to maintain their data. Users need to stay in a queue to get a ticket. For this reason, an efficient system is to be proposed to ease the issue of bus reservations. The system is a web-based and Android-based application, using WebApplication service providers will provide all the information like bus data, timings, and the route from which the bus will go, and users can see the bus timings, the route, and can book the seat. From Androidbased users need to sign up and they can check whether the seats are available, bus timings, and bus route.
Presently, the manual system is used while the reservation of seats separately at each branch, customers have to do an inquiry to branch officers in order to get the latest update on schedule, seat availability, and other information. And each branch works during specific hours. These issues and limitations are not the only ones that companies and users are facing currently. Other aspects that make difficulties in manual systems include human errors, limitation of the branch officer to do multitask. Looking at these difficulties, it is obvious that both the company and the users need a strong and robust reservation system that is easy to use and efficient in updating the information.
EasyBus allows users to buy bus tickets, make payments, and do inquiries online through
his/her fingertips. Also, companies provide reservation services and information to their
customers without the limitation of office hours or manpower using this system. Users can book
bus tickets over the Internet. Our System also facilitates the vendors as they can add buses, remove buses, check reviews, change timings, change routes these are things that can be done by the service provider.
Our system that we will be creating will be a multi-vendor system where multiple vendors can come and provide their services. Our system will be first who is going to work for the local vendors as well that run in the small cities as well national vendors like Faisal Movers, Daewoo etc. our system will facilitate both local and national vendors they can come at register at our system to provide better services to customers.
Project Objectives:
The project will focus to achieve the following objectives:
1. A Web and Android Based System for travelers to save thereby not going to the branch office just for inquiry for the seats.
2. Help vendors by reducing the manpower and human errors that commonly occur during reservations of seats.
3. Store the data in a database rather than storing data in registers.
4. It will help travelers to easily enquire about the buses and to book their seats on their respective buses.
5. It will be a multi-vendor system so travelers can get multiple choices of buses at their fingertips.
Our System will consist of two parts both are software:

Web-Based Application will be used by both the vendors and travelers, vendors will provide their services through web like their buses information, routes information, timings information, adding bus, removing bus and many other functionalities that will be performed by vendors it all will be done through web.
Web also provide services to travelers traveler can inquire about the bus, routes, timings, seat availability, and reservation of their seats in respective bus along with the payment option.
Android will provide services to traveler’s traveler can inquire about the bus, routes, timings, seat availability, and reservation of their seats in respective bus along with the payment option.
Benefits of the project are that the travelers don’t need to visit different branch offices for inquiry of busses don’t need to stay in a waiting queue while he can inquire about the seats at his fingertips, multiple companies will provide their service at a single platform, local transporters also will emerge and grow their business, travelers can check reviews to book their seats.
