Modern technologies have changed the way of our lives. One of their major impacts is easy sharing and access of information and knowledge. In this regard, in recent decades, Alhamdullilah there has been made great effort in digitalizing the Quran Majeed, that is available on mobile applications and through online. But still there is a need to improve it i.e to make it centralized, introduce new features and improve user reading experience.

Although there are many mobile applications and websites that are providing the Quran Majeed knowledge regarding Tafaseer and Tarjumas(Translation & Explanation). But there is lack of:
- Single Forum that support the Multiple Tafaseer and Tarjumas contents irrespective of their sect(Firqa).
- Smart reading tools that help the readers to effectively understand the Quran Majeed.
Project Vision:
In this regard, we proposed to develop a web-based system, that support the Multiple Tafaseer and Tarjumas from different sects available in English, Urdu and Sindhi languages. Moreover it will facilitate the Ulema(Quran Majeed Researchers) to post articles and their research work on the website. Finally we proposed to incorporate such tools like notes, outlines, tree structures and multi-lingual dictionary and reading history analyzer to provide the smart and effective reading experience to readers.
Project Deliverables:
The final product of our project will be a fully responsive hosted website.
Recommendations:
We build the exensible design of the system i.e that we will add more new features in future.
The following are the main objectives of our project:
1. To develop a web based system that support multiple Quran Majeed Tafaseer and Tarjumas.
Goal: To research and design Data Format to store the Quranic Data and Algorithms that perform operations on that.
2. To develop a system that will promote the Research of Quran Majeed.
Goal: Register and authorize Ulema E Karaam and Quran Majeed Researcher to Publish their articles online.
3. To improve the reading experience of the users.
Goal: To develop the tools that will help the readers to effectively understand the contents of Quran Majeed.
For example Note and Outlines - Provides the structure of Surahs Topics that aid as pre-reading tool.
Goal: Integrate a Multilingual dictionary will help readers to find out meaning of new words quickly and easily just by hilighting that.
4. To develop a extensible and flexible system design:
Our aim is to constanly upgrade the system to add new and latest features and tools to the system.
5. More objectives:
- To develop the Effiicient Quran Majeed Navigation System
- To make a simple and user friendly user interface.
General Aspects:
1. The website is Multi-linguistic, supports 3 different languages i.e English, Urdu and Sindhi.
2. The website will be fully responsive and can be opened on any device supporting internet i.e Tablets, Smart Phones, PCs and Laptops etc.
3. The website will be hosted on the server and can be accessed from anywhere through any device.
Technical:
Our project is web based and following technologies will be used to implement the system:
1. HTML, CSS and Javascript for front-end.
2. PHP Programming Language for back-end.
3. MySQL, SQLITE and other databases.
Our project will provide the following benefits:
1. Provides the single plateform for Quran Majeed Knowledge.
2. It promotes the Qurana Majeed awareness and Research.
For Common Users:
1. They can select and read their desired Tafaseer and Tarjumas easily on their mobile and pc.
2. They can search and navigate Quran Majeed easily.
3. They will enjoy a better reading experience.
For Ulema and Scholars:
1. They can conduct a deep research through multiple Tafaseers.
2. They can conduct the advance searching.
3. They can post their Articles and Research.
The final product of our project will be the hosted Website on the server.
