History.

Normally cafa or canteen system is time consuming and mantaining its record is much difficuit.people some time have to wait in queue for their turn and some time order gets swapped beween customers.owner have to hire many employes to manage his cafa or canteen and also have to pay them.This is the era of technology  every thing is shifting over computers to get fast results as well as accurate.therefore we decided to change the tredational cafateria over fast accurate and realiable electronic cafateria.

Our Product.

Our product (E CAFA) work on RFID cards on which we have developed a database and an account in which user virtual money is placed like the ATM banking cards  that will be readed by RFID reader after reading it will match unique card ID in data base and than a login form will appear with name or roll no of that student whose card was swiped after that  user/customer or student will enter his unique password that has been uniquely allotted to him  that allow a secure log in to users.

After that menu of food items will appear in front of user on which picture and name of food items will appear now this time user has to select his desired food item and its quantity after that he will go for confirmation and his order will be submitted and money will be deducted from his account that is built over his RFID card like ATM banking cards.

After this printer will gernate the recipt of your order on which your food items and their quantity and their bill is printed.

User will collect that slip and give it to the one man of canteen to get his food.

Now if some one want to get info of hourly,daily,weekly,yearly or decadly sell he can have the record in few seconds.

• Owner will have only one employe that will serve food .
• No miss calculation will be done.
• Your record is mantained lifetimely.
• No cheating and fraud can be done.
• You will get to know which food item is short.

One of the imp feature you can order things or food online using mobile phone and than when you are free just go and swipe ur card and get resipt and enjoy the meal

when we go for canteen food we see a queue and some time u are wating for your turn and you get to know that no food left or you have paid money to owner and he forget and he is saying you didnt paid money.Or you left your wallet at home and you are hungry and want to eat something.Than what will you do

These above problems were fased by me and i wanted do eliminate all these problems so that what we have suffered other wont suffer.We want to help the people by what we have learned so we decided to develope fallowing system that is easy vast and realible and that is E CAFA

• To luanch this system and to enhance it and build a team to work over it professionly and to give other an inspiration.
