Project Summary

Health care is as necessary as our lives. During the pandemic situation of Covid-19, all the gyms, parks were closed to keep the people safe from coronavirus. In the pandemic situation, people didn’t care about their diet, health care, and routine exercises. Also, people take their diet according to the advice of instructors depending upon their age, body weight, height, and exercise. As a result, all the people were unable to get training gym instructors and they have lost their fitness. Women have faced more problems in this situation because they mostly do their exercise with the help of trainers.

This application is basically related to fitness which covers all perspectives include training, diet plan, weight gain, weight loss, fat burns and burn calories. Besides this, this system will provide a platform that not only helps people to get trainings but also provide the solution to the diabetic persons, surgery patients, cardiac, asthma patient who were not able to do exercises in the Covid-19 situation. Dr. Fitness has been proposed to solve these problems using deep learning and machine learning algorithms. The dataset will be obtained during the live sessions of exercise training.

We will use machine learning and deep learning algorithms like Dense Optical Flow Algorithm, recurrent neural network (RNN), Human Pose Estimation using Deep Neural Networks and finally, we’ll use the best suitable algorithm on our obtained dataset to get good results.

Project Objectives

1. BMI Suggested Exercise and Diet Schedule.

2. Recommended diet schedule, based on current consumer status.

3. Tell the consumer whether or not they are doing exercise in the right way.

4. In order to learn about your body, Daily Tips provide you with advice from a checked personal trainer.

5. Gain free access to communicate with the consultant after becoming a membership user (Doctor, Therapist, or Personal Trainer).     

6.  After taking Membership you also coordinate with your Personal Trainer or Therapist to live session.

7. Feedback form plays an important role in this app, and we will review forms on a weekly basis if users want anything else or complain about anything.

Project Implementation Method

This app will ask the user's age, weight, height and analyze BMI and recommend to the user which diet plan and exercise to follow. This app will use a machine-learning algorithm to detect correct body movement using gesture movement detection using an external camera. Daily tips will be given by the trainer to boost your morale. This app will use the Payment gateway feature so users can easily pay membership fees. Membership users can arrange a meeting and connect live on a video call with doctors, Therapists,s or Personal Trainers for consultancy. Database of customers, trainers, and therapists will be stored and managed at the backend of the application. We will review forms on a weekly basis if the user has any complain or to make a suggestion.

Benefits of the Project

Most of the apps didn’t provide the consultant with a therapist, personal trainer, and doctor when minor injuries happen, it also didn’t guide whether our position is correct or not during exercise.

This will be an integrated web application. Which can provide integration between consultants when minor injuries happen and correct your form while doing exercise.
