 The Title of Our project is Doctor Online Appointment System.The purpose of our project is patient can make an appointment easily at home Firstly patient register itself then login the page her/him email and passwords then make an appointment also patient can select doctor cateogary.Patients can also connect with doctor online patients can also ask query through the message.

Project Objectives

Helping people to search for doctors and get appointment is our main objectives. User cans searchdoctors which can make sure to find specific doctor an easy task. A platform whered doctorscan check patient previous medical history for better checkup.

To build a system with perfection, requirement collection is a must. The study will gives as cleareridea of people's need and the system that we are planning to build as well as how much weare going to cover. The document will also describe all the interactions between patients, doctors and admin. By above document anyone will be able to understand the project at glance. The main objective of the thesis is to provide quality medical care to the patients by bringing all medical practitioners of the city to a single platform so that everybody can easily access thema and make appointments. The second objective is to replace the current manual file keeping systemwith an online medical patient database system.

Project Implementation Method

In our project we used for Front-end HTML CSS Bootsrap and for Back-end purpose we used Php and MySql. In front end we used these langugaes for designing and in backend we creates tables database records.

Benefits of the Project

This system is implemented for all the individuals who want to get treated by the city practitioners. The users can participate only if they have created an account through the registration form and have provided their medical history. Once they get registered themselves further they would not need to update their record as it would be done automatically after each doctor’s visit.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

By completing the research in the medical field and to look after the patient's discomfort that thepatients are not in condition that they may wait for an appointment, in such a scenario, we thoughtthat online appointment is the best way to accommodate the patients who may easily consult a doctor. Looking to such need and real issues of patients. We are going to introduce databasewhich is unlimited( html, css, Bootstrap) Frond end and (Mysql, Php) are Bank end.

The best feature of our app is that the users can register an appointment easily and contact witha doctor nearby him for any medical issue and we have also given the option by selecting

role the user can register and login , there is also an option of accepting and rejecting in doctors

and admin account .By the help of our application no any fake doctor can register himself. This

is all about the feasibility of patients and their daily faced issues that is why we have to develop thistype of application.
