Now days in every department increasing the size of students , teachers and employess are increasing confusion or diffusion issues 
    in their maintenance and stability in the Attendance, assigments submission ,Timetables and it can be big disaster for specific Department Discipline
    and slips and mistakes in ExaminationForm filled with bad writting or with those data which are not belongs to users going to be the cause of students form rejection,
    and another issues that teachers / student going to forget that its class helding so that he can't attend its class in fix time
    and results from teachers to awardlist printed paper and awardlist to ledger are submitted manualy by many individual employess can be the cause of big corruption, or marks miscalculation and it can damage student career and years.
    from above issues we assume that Department System can't be correctly handled by human, So it need Computaterized Automatic System like ADD ( Automatic Digital Department )

the main objective of this project isto computerize the manual system & reduce the time consumption.
     Make the whole system computerize
     Reduce time consumption
     Reduce error scope
     All system managements are automated
     Centralized database management
     No paper work requirement
     Reminding user for every current Activity  

Project Implementation Method

PROJECT CATEGORY
        This project as title "Automatic Digital Department" is comes under the Relational DatabaseManagement System (RDBMS).
         Because this Project developed in XAMPP ( PHP , mySQL ) so we can say that its network Application over the Department.
        and also it comes under Artificial Intelligence Category by Selecting predicting data from paper, images and video and through 
            tesseract.js, ml5.js and play big role to reduce manual work in System and it also using Face Recognization technique for users. 
    TOOLS/PLATFORM
        This project is developing using follows: -
        1. XAMPP (For central Database and BackEnd manipulation)
            PHP (pure) , mySQL , HTML , css, javascript and their libraries
        2. p5 : For interactive designig For Project
        3. exceljs: For import/export xlsx format spreadSheet usefull for system Information
        4. tesseract.js: AI library in java  which read text from image to easily import to System
        5. ml5.js :For machine Learning Approach Which have uses 
        6. Android Studio : Android Application Approach For ADD

Benefits of the Project

        1. Students cards designed and created from ADD(Automatic Digital Department) website.
        2. Students can be submitted Assignment through online for fixed period which teacher setup for particular topic.
        3. TimeTable setup online , as following contradictions
            1). Can't assign particular subject in timetable when that subject's teacher already teaches another subject in that time. (means two selected subjects contradict in same time)
            2). Can't assign particular room(place) in timetable when that room already selected for an other subject
            3). Can't assign particular subject to teacher if teacher it contradict that teacher's other subjects in timetable
        4.Automatically submit attendance with student QR-Code, Face Recognization or FingerPrint Scanning for specific class which are also automatically detect from timetable, after that automatically setup document sheet as subject wise(attendance of all students of specific Subject) , semester wise(attendance of all students of whole semester
        5.Assignments assign by teachers through website for fixed time of period and student submit those assignments to teacher before final date and teacher gives students some marks on it from 0 to 10 marks
        6.and Examination Form fill through online with good interactivity when time is come it ask every thing and give you guidelines and ideas and some data automatically filled in the form which are constant
        7.and After exam ends teacher give marks through website only for those subjects which are assigned to him/her then those marks saved in database  ADD going to make awardlist, ledger, marksheets and Transcript from them automatically
        8.Reminding Class , Result , Attendance and assignments
        
    The ADD completely convert manual paper work into automatic Digital System,
    which gives us every outcome information in fixed time efficiently
    reminding every user for its work through Notification / SMS
